The hotel is located in a coffee and pepper plantation. The environment is very quiet and beautiful. Some villa buildings have been built around the central lake. There are 3 restaurants in the hotel, 2 of which are open-air and ventilated on all sides, making it a bit cool at night. Dinner starts at 20:00. There are free guided tours of the plantation at 17:30 every day, and I learned a lot. Unfortunately, there are more mosquitoes after 16:00, and visiting the park at 17:30 gives mosquitoes a good meal. If you visit the park earlier in the morning or afternoon, you can avoid the mosquito problem. The room hardware is okay, but the design of the bathroom and toilet is very unreasonable. You have to go through the shower room to enter the toilet. After taking a shower, water leaked into the toilet floor and it was very slippery. If the shower room and toilet doors are separated side by side, it will be solved. question. Hygiene is okay, the pillow space cotton is relatively cheap and does not match the hotel price level.

It was an amazing one-day stay that we booked for our anniversary celebration. The hospitality was excellent - the staff was warm, polite, and courteous. A special mention to Nishtha, who hosted us wonderfully and made our stay memorable. However, the hotel needs significant improvement in the breakfast experience at Machan, particularly in terms of the variety and taste of the food, which was quite average. Rating: 4/5, with one point deducted for the breakfast.

The rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and offer a classic charm that perfectly matches the overall vibe of the hotel. The food is also very good, with a wide variety of options and consistently impressive taste. However, the hospitality needs improvement. For a luxury property, the service felt slower and less attentive than expected. Some requests took unusually long, and there was a noticeable lack of proactive support from the staff. While the ambience, rooms, and food make the stay enjoyable, a more polished and responsive service experience would elevate the hotel to the world-class standard it is known for.

Even though the bill was a bit stiff, the overall experience and ambiance was an exhilarating experience for my wife Margaret. This was a celebration of our 43rd wedding anniversary, having been married at this same West End Hotel on September 4th, 1982. Oddly there was no mention of it by any of the staff to us, not even a congratulatory word. But I guess I was expecting too much. Nevertheless, the 24 hours we spent at Taj West End Hotel was a very welcome and tranquil retreat from hustle and bustle just outside the walls. Breakfast was a real treat! Thank you, Taj.

The experience at Taj west end was really memorable. We came in for our 5th anniversary and Taj team were kind enough to upgrade the room. The restaurant machan is very kind and the staff are very courteous. Do not miss the breakfast experience as the spread is vast and the cinnamon roll was really out of the block Thoroughly enjoyed our stay

Satisfying stay. The Heritage Room , was just what my pet and I needed for a staycation. The lush greenery made the stay all the more soothing. The staff were kind with my pet. Special thanks to Miss KC who eased us through the check in process at our room, helped us get warm quickly as we had traveled in the rain.Also the security lady at the baggage counter. To get a taste of lush greenery and clean air like the Mountains in the heart of traffic ridden streets of Bangalore head to Taj west End . You shan’t regret it! Wonderful staff Thank you Taj west end
