Excellent location in middle of the city, the staff at check in and breakfast is very friendly . Rooms are neat and clean. Tv did not work for over 15 hours and they had to change some box. Booked for watching cricket match but didn't happen . Breakfast spread is good. Taste is also good. Easy to get transport , taxi from hotel to anywhere. Security is good and friendly. Check in and check out was smooth. Toilet is clean. The guests from other rooms were loitering and woke me at 8am due to loud noises. Couldn't stop them as they are guest but hotel should monitor security and tell them not to make so much noise.

It is always amazing to stay at j p celestial bangalore. Room cleanliness, quality of linen and all necessary things available are of good quality. Food area at ground floor is very good. Staff is very courteous at reception like "james" and breakfast area like "priya"

Hotel rooms are not maintained properly. Even staff didn’t listen your needs. For 1 dental kit i have to wait 20 mins called so many times but no response. Restaurant staff is also irresponsible if u order for something during breakfast u will get that item once u finish your breakfast. Overall not good stay.

We visited yesterday and their hospitality is very poor, u have to carry your luggage your self only no staff will help u, electric card was not working and my son got fever and and called them and said to prepare check out formalities immediately and they don't send any one to pick the luggage, so their response in emergency situation is also normal, if u call from room also they don't picture it in one time,

Not much good could be really better with th service and bed height to low and bath tub not clean broken
