Check-in was quick and efficient and they took the time to explain the amenities and answer all the questions the receptionist (Simran) was outstanding, and greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine sense of hospitality .Their excellent service at the time of breakfast was great.

I stay for a couple of days with family and staff especially Samad and Anjali were very helpful. Overall stay was excellent. Kids enjoy the play area, pool side. Food was also very good.Rooms were clean and fast service. Hassle free check in and check out.

Hotel rooms were clean and hygenic, just like you assume when you visit a 5 star hotel. Staff was very humble and polite. I went during the christmas season so the ambience of the lobby was amazing. Breakfast spread was decent and the staff there was receptive of our needs. Mahi, the manager ***** with his team Komal, Simran made sure my visit went without a glitch. Kuldeep in security made sure to help me out with my luggage and comfort in the stay. Though it being a corporate build and not a commercial space there were few drawbacks- no recreational activities, no bath salts for bath tub. Swimming pool could have been temperature controlled. So if you are planning to travel with family and looking for a staycation space it might not be your area, otherwise it was a decent place to stay. If I have to visit again on a business trip, I will choose the place on basis of comfort and warm and welcoming attitude of the staff.

Very comfortable and lovely stay at Zuri. Special thank you to Simran, Sonal, staff at the restaurant and housekeeping. Highly recommended to anyone coming to visit Whitefield. The amenities are wonderful and generous. Location is also convenient.

Thanks you for all your hospitality. Thanks to Hotel staff for all supports special Ms Simran & Mr.Sudipta. Sorry for missing few other names. We had nice team dinner near the pool area. Nicely organised. We all enjoyed a lot there. Food quality was excellent.
