Citadines Hotels in Bangkok

I've stayed here multiple times. It's a reliable international brand apartment hotel with reasonable prices and a decent location. The two-bedroom suite felt a bit fragmented due to the many functional divisions, but overall, the space was quite spacious and sufficient. The room facilities seemed a bit outdated, but they were well-maintained and still practical. The front desk staff all had excellent English. There was a slight hiccup during check-in, seemingly an issue with information transfer from the agent, but contacting Trip.com resolved it relatively quickly.

The hotel is located right in the heart of bustling Sukhumvit, just a short walk from Nana Station, making it a very convenient base for getting around Bangkok. However, the area is known for its vibrant nightlife, so expect noise from the streets until the early hours of the morning. I was travelling with my baby and, thankfully, we managed fine, but I wouldn’t recommend it if you’re a light sleeper or particularly sensitive to noise. The room was exactly as advertised—clean, comfortable, and matched the photos. Breakfast, however, was a disappointment and not worth the extra cost. You’re better off grabbing breakfast from one of the many nearby street food vendors or even 7-Eleven. What really stood out was the service from most of the staff in the restaurant. They were warm, kind, and very accommodating towards both my baby and me, which I truly appreciated. There were a couple of downsides. The housekeeper, Nuai, repeatedly moved or removed items from my room during servicing, which was inconvenient. I also had an unpleasant experience with one of the front desk staff (a male-looking female), who was quite inflexible when I requested an extra linen for the baby cot. She insisted there was a strict limit on the number of linens per room and was unwilling to help, which felt unnecessarily rigid. Overall, despite these minor issues, the stay was pleasant. If you’re looking for a hotel in a lively location with easy access to public transport and don’t mind the nightlife noise, it’s a decent option.

The location was amazing! We arrived late at night about 10pm and were welcomed warmly by the staff. Check in was real smooth. We booked this hotel as we had an event at QSNCC. Security wise, as we were 2 girls, we felt very safe as the main hotel lobby was card access only after 10pm. Lift to the levels was also card access. The lobby always had someone even when you went back at 3am. Room Amenities: Apart from some basic toiletries which you will need to request from front desk beforehand (comb, dental kits), the room was perfectly stocked with helpful equipment. What stood out to us most was the well equipped kitchenette with microwave. For this we would choose Citadines again, everytime. All the amenities were working and most importantly, clean. Bed was comfy altho one star was deducted for the softness of the pillows. There was 1 extra pillow but they were all way too soft and we had neck pain from it. Hopefully there will be a mix of soft and firm pillows in future! Location: Perfect. We have nothing but praises. So convenient . Walking distance from all they we needed. Malls, massages, aesthetic clinics, convenience stores... what more can we ask for. The area was also quiet at night ensuring good night's rest. Overall, this is an amazing hotel, as expected of Ascott. We would certainly be back if we come back to Bangkok again. Thanks for having us!
