The price/performance ratio is high, the grade is average. Opposite is the Marriott Hotel, which is 500 yuan more expensive and of a much higher grade. If you only pursue cost-effectiveness, it's okay. The window cannot be opened, the room is small, there is no balcony, and no sofa. I stayed in a room that cost 1,060 yuan per night, and the next day I moved to the Marriott Hotel across the street for 1,459 yuan. The difference is that Sheraton has 3-4 star facilities, while Marriott has 5 star standards. The public facilities and breakfast of Sheraton are far inferior to those of Marriott Hotel.

Had always stay in this hotel for most of my Bangkok stay. Good Location and friendly staffs. However a few things seem to lack behind for this hotel. Firstly one of the lift is not working well. Whenever the lift stop at any floor , all the buttons that had been pressed will ”disable” you need to tap your card and press the floor that you want to go again. If someone suddenly want to go down while you actually wanted to go up. you have to follow the lift down again. Next is the house keeping room service , although they make the room everyday but the bed sheet had some yellow spot stain upon check in. I thought they will change it when they make the room each day but the bed sheet and pillow case are not change even after 3 days . They only clean the room , tidy your bed and change the towels (when you put the towels on the floor) The white color plates on the 8th floor restaurant are mostly stained and look old but the plates are clean. Just that one can see black stains on almost 80% of all the plates.

Strongly recommened this hotel as it super cozy and modern room. The staffs from concierge, reception, breakfast room and housekeeping are super friendly and helpful. They remember us as we are being offered a free breakfast daily due to the aircon leaking on the very first night . We totally couldn't sleep well and the hotel staff's offer to change to another room but just we were tired so refused to change and just changed the room next day. We total stayed there rod 7nights. Thank for all the staffs for their hospitality services to us during our stay. We have a pleasant stay here.
