Highly recommended for Bkk old town hotel is situated on a quiet road and near to palace, river cruise, Muay Thai stadium etc

Even you book just one room, they have the connecting room and when other guests from that rooms are talking, you can hear all of conversations.

Large hotel down a small back alley. Location is good as it is away from the mess of Khaosan Road but close enough if you want to visit there. No slippers in room (why?)

All’s great! New, clean rooms, plus it smells great due to wallflowers on every floor. The staff is helpful, friendly. The hotel is located close to khaosan road but not too close so you won’t be bothered by the noise. It’s a bit far from mrt, 20-30 min walk. All the temples are nearby. I liked it.

Really tidy and clean hotel. Nice rooms, good Airconditioning and the staff is really friendly and helpful! The only thing I was not completely satisfied is the breakfast. Luckily you can decide each day again if you want to buy it for the day, so I just tried it once, but I think they could offer more variation of bread or pastries, especially in the warm area there was not 1 vegan option which left me hungry for the morning. Thank you a lot anyways and hope to see you again!

Good location The hotel room is new and clean Breakfast is so good with 150 THB

I lived in that hotel for 5 days. It has its own pros and cons. The hotel has an interesting design. It is constructed as two towers connected with each other. The stuff is well organised, Hotel workers speak basic English. The hotel room I lived in was clean as science lab. The furniture was new rom equipment was working perfectly. The hotel is located near Wisut Kasan road and has good connection with Khao San district. The hotel is built very close to other blocks of flats, so the view out of window is far from being perfect, If you want to get a view on the city you should go to the roof. By the way you can smoke there. The biggest problem of this hotel is room walls. They are very thin. A perfect place for a *** to stay . If you're lucky enough and your neighbour is a loud salesman for example you will have a good chance to hear the details of his business transactions. So if you decide to stay there be quiet and get a pair of headphones just in case. To soften this disadvantage there is no street noise at all, the hotel is located in small side street.

Hotel is fine and the location is good. Rooms are a bit loudly but it’s not that much of a problem.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It was very clean and staff were always very helpful. We would definitely recommend it to anyone coming to Bangkok. It’s also very close to Khaosan Road.

I rarely leave a bad review but there are some things I hope the hotel can improve on. The cleanliness for example, there was blood stains on the covers. I normally don’t care much about other things(since I bring my own towels) but the bad being clean is a must so it was rather disappointing to see this happen. Im sure it was a mistake. The breakfast was rather boring to be honest, I was expecting some Thai food but it was only a sad combination of friend rice with eggs and some sausages. To be honest, the price we paid 150 per person, we could buy better, tastier food at the 7-11 right across. The staff was lovely, very polite, very accommodating. The location is a bit inconvenient, I wasn’t expecting it to be so far from khao san road, this is on me but yes, the location is a bit of a problem. I didn’t like my visit in Bangkok but the hotels warm atmosphere made me comfortable and made my stay bearable. Thank you again and please do look into this problem (blood stains)

Nice hotel with nice location. Very close to karon beach. The swimming pool view is amazing.
