The room was clean and nice. Everything looks new! Location of the hotel so good near BTS Saint louis only 8mins walk. The staff super friendlyand helpful, some of the staff can speak Chinese as well. The price is excelllent compare to the experinece and the size of the room that we got. Recommend it!

Service is good !! Hotel location is nearby Saint Louis BTS station and walking distance to Silom area (20mins+-). Laundry services is provided too. Staff can communicate well in English and helpful. Room is clean, strong wifi, bed is comfortable, strong air conditioning. The only disadvantage is my room just opposite the hotel utilities room. So a bit noisy in the morning. No toothbrush & toothpaste provided but not a big issue, can easily get from 7-11. Overall experience is good !! Highly recommended.

Good location near Saint Luis BTS station. Breakfast is a hybrid type with a simple buffet and order for eggs and breads, but not impressive. The pool is so small and can not be avoided from the sun.

This hotel is located in Sathorn. The staff are diligent. Like other Best Western, they don’t have conditioner in the room. The view and location are not really ideal, but after all, it’s a Best Western.

The light and air conditioner turn on and off repeatedly at night , I can’t sleep at all. Staff help me to fix the problem promptly , but still it’s really unreasonable problem for a new hotel. The swimming pool is really dirty and I doubt that no one clean it for long time . There was many insects floating on the swimming pool!! Really disgusting

Check in was easy. The staff were nice and brought my luggage to my room. Lobby was very comfy with a seating area and there is a restaurant on the main floor. I booked 2 nights but only stayed for 1 due to a late flight and for comfort. It was the poorly cleaned room for me. My expectations were not high being a 4 star hotel so the wear and tear in the room was fine but cleanliness is not debatable. There was hair all over the bedroom floor and on the shower room wall. They do not provide small face towels in the bathroom. Only on request. Housekeeping did not leave me any new hand towels with the room service or refill the disposable bathroom amenities that I used. The bath and body products were boutique like, pillows and bed were comfy, the lighting was good and the room felt spacious. Breakfast buffet was fairly good with cold, hot dishes, Cereal, beverages and eggs made to order. They don’t offer Thai omelette’s which is strange being in Thailand but minor. Some alternative milk options like almond or soy for lactose intolerant guests would be nice. Location was fantastic! Walkable to everywhere. 24 hour food options on the street just outside and local markets nearby to get away from tourist pricing. Very easy for taxi/grab pick up. I’m not sure if I would stay here again due to the dirty room.

Great location, 3 minute walk to BTS St Louis station, which is only 2 stops to Siam. Rooftop is small but very welcome after a day in the heat. Room is a good size with aircon.
