Let me compliment the cleanliness. It is really clean, I recommend it. The service from the beginning, I requested a high room. When I got there, the staff told me that only the 2nd floor was left or else I had to wait. I was in a hurry, so I thought it was okay, whatever. Disappointed. But when I opened the door, the room smelled good, I was impressed. The bathroom was very clean, but the lights in the whole room were yellow, making it very difficult to put on makeup. I had to open the curtains to let in natural light. I didn’t mind it much. But there was one really bad thing. At the counter, you have to notify us before noon for daily room cleaning. We always notify them in advance. It stated that the staff would come to clean from 3-6 pm. We waited until 6 pm and still no staff came to do it, which was not as stated. We called 4-5 times, but the staff said they had to do the top floor first, even though we were on the 2nd floor. What time should they do it first? We would be staying for several days, not just one day. The staff downstairs told us that they were free, and apologized that they had to clean the room that was checking out first so that others who were waiting to check in could enter the new room. Oh, so what should we think if we have been staying for several days? Shouldn't it be cleaned as much as the checked-out room? Or what? It's like neglect. Is this how it is after staying? It's good that we weren't in a hurry, but we should improve. Otherwise, there should be more staff to handle the problem. What if the customer wants to relax? What do you do with the room price? You should receive better service than this. I think I won't stay here again next time. The room is clean, it's true. The location is almost good, but the road is a bit deserted. Everything is okay, except for the cleaning.

The accommodation is beautiful and clean, but taxis often can't find the alley. Also, when ordering cleaning, they forget to clean it. Other than that, it's very good.
