there are very accomodating checked in us early

I booked for a deluxe double room and it was spacious. Everything is clean and toiletries were also complete. I was supposed to check out at 12:00nn the following day but I still decided to visit Erawan Museum and The Ancient City. I spoke with their concierge and requested if I can check out at 5:00PM, and gladly they accommodated the last minute ask and just for 500 which they can deduct from deposit. However due to the horrendous traffic in the city, I came back at exactly 5:00PM, and I requested again for another 1 hour so I can shower before leaving, and they didn’t charge me. Their staff are warm and accommodating. So even if I really didn’t stayed much in the room, over-all my stay at their place was terrific.

I love this hotel so much so comfortable bed and good service but a bit far from BTS but you can. Go anywhere by grab or taxi if you go Centaurworld should pay 70 bath only or80bath that my experience

Very clean rooms. Location was ok, walking distance from Indra Square. Overall I would say its a good stay!!! Highly recommended.

Ok hotel

Terrible hotel. Really poor and unfriendly service (staff even took personal calls at the desk instead of assisting guests) and generally uncomfortable. In a terrible area - lots of homeless people, traffic and pollution - none of the help and comfort you usually expect from a stay. Only good thing was the comfy bed. Stay somewhere else for the same price!

nearly the airport railway lane. room not so big . but everything s ok.

Staff was extremely friendly. Pool was nice but should be open longer.

The room facilities are very poor, similar to the 100-200 RMB hotels in China. I don't know how this hotel got a 4-diamond rating. The bedding is also very poor, as if it hasn't been changed for a long time. It makes me itchy when I lie down. There are basically no facilities. I don't recommend it. Avoid it.

The room near the road is very noisy, the soundproofing is not good, I couldn't sleep all night, and the facilities are relatively old.

It does not have a fitness room and a swimming pool is under construction.
