This is my favourite hotel in Bangkok which is located near Nana BTS station. The hotel room is nicely decorated. Staff in hotel are very good, from bellboy (big), reception (Amstel), housekeeping lady, cafe manager (Som O), needless to say. Specially pointing out is the bedding, in particular the pillow, it is very comfortable and you are fully recharged after a nice sleep. I even bought a pillow from hotel for my private use at home.

Location is very nice , only 7 minutes walk to na na station . That is I like best . Most of the concierges are very helpful. Receptionists are not smiling that I m not appreciate . House keeping is unsatisfactory, need to ask for amenities all the the time,that I don’t like. But buffet bread is very nice . Starbucks is just on the ground floor is a nice thing. Over all , not so bad .

Too noisy as the room is facing Sukhumvit 11, which is the Main Street where all pubs are. The music blasted all the way to 2-3am midnight.

Location is good if you’re into clubbing and nightlife. Traffic coming in is a nightmare though. Always traffic jam. Hotel service is top notch. Really enjoyed the jacuzzi next to my king sized bed with electronic blinds on the floor to ceiling winds. Breakfast spread is decent. My top choice hotel in the sukhumvit area

The location is good and food is awesome. Have bar and restaurant nearly around. BTS just 3 mins.

Again staff issues. Accused of taking from the mini bar. Shown photos of items that I had not taken. Wi to my room number edited on. Staff (Tong) accused me repeatedly and faked the photos. I had to go back to the room and show them everything was still there/ and they wouldn’t tell me where they got the photos with the empty bottle and my room number Disgraceful treatment of a regular guest.

The hotel is in a rowdy area. Even at 2 am the streets were packed. We were on the 9th floor and the music was so loud and hit 80dB. You won’t be sleeping if you stay at this hotel. Breakfast had a nice western and Thai selection. I wouldn’t stay on this street again so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The location is good, with many restaurants near the hotels and close to the BTS. The staff at the concierge is helpful and nice, but unfortunately, the receptionist is not. Swimming pool is nice.

Location is convenient, staff is friendly and helpful. Late night food around. But traffic jam in front of hotel on weekends due to many drinking place around.... A few indian cuisine around so tend to have them around.... couple of Thai street food store and restaurant too.. Water pressure considered low conparing to SG.... 14th floors houses keeper is a sweet looking & helpful lady free tuk tuk shuttle every 30 mins to Nana Bts when you dont feel like walking on a hot day... Will probably stay here again my next bangkok trip.

Bad sewage smell and the worst thing was the noise coming from roof top bar ( we were on 20f). Doesn't stop until 1am and gets even later than 1:30am at weekends. Location ok despite in the middle of all bars and breakfast not too bad

My son and I came from Singapore and stayed in Room No 1401 from 11/3-15/3/2024. We have been receiving 5 star services from all the staff especially the polite and hardworking Chambermaid one Miss San who had made our room cleaned and tidy. It had been a great stay for us and would strongly recommend this hotel to others.
