This hotel is good for people looking for relax and easy. Hotel room is big, nice with lower budget. Very close to river cruise station Easy to get halal food. Nice breakfast package and delicious food. The manager and staff is politely and friendly.

I don't know if the people who gave these good reviews have bad sense of smell. My suggestion is that after reading my review, don't book this hotel. The location, facilities, and style are all good, and the bed is very comfortable. However, the smell has not been properly dispersed from April to now. The smell of the decoration is very strong. I used the human formaldehyde purification device for 6 hours, but I was speechless. We arrived very late and left for the airport at 5 o'clock the next morning. I just endured it. Friends who come later can book again after some time.

Personally, I don't really need more stuff. All things that I need already provided. Although the location isn't really close to any major metro or train station, I can pretty much get things that need around the hotel. Plus, there are two 7-11 convenient stores extremely close to the hotel.

Staffs are accommodating and friendly. Will surely go back next year to this hotel since it’s affordable.

Great experience staying here. Location is perfect, just right behind a big shopping mall and there are many local eateries nearby. I will surely stay here again

Amazing stay with my husband. We are celebrating our wedding anniversary, and the hotel prepared a lovely swan for us. We feel loved. Cleanliness is top-notch, and the room is spacious. We requested a high floor and a non-smoking room, and the front desk was able to accommodate our request. We feel happy and satisfied. The location is good and convenient, within walking distance to Pratunam morning market. Also, we would like to shout out their flexibility. Due to our late flight at 9 pm, they were not able to extend our room stay, but they provided a towel for a shower after another round of shopping before heading to the airport. We will definitely come back to this hotel for a stay in the future.

The location is very convenient, the surrounding life is very convenient, there are several 7-11 and business areas, food and beverage outlets. The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very large. I choose this hotel every time when I come to Bangkok. Only the quilt cover has not been improved, a long time ago put forward this opinion, but still no improvement!

I went to check in late afternoon around 5.20 pm. After getting into the room no. 202 we instantly found that the room wasn’t cleaned up yet(or maybe it was still occupied)!! This is unacceptable. We were so shocked. The bed, pillow, blanket...etc were still messed and not made (luckily nobody was in the room) We then were assigned to another room which was 204. This room was okay. One good point that the male staff did apologize us but he said that maybe the system was inaccurate!! Thinking of our check in time at 5+ pm which was pretty late already, they should have checked and prepared the room for the arriving guest. Imagine if there was someone in the room when we entered, what would have happened? พักครั้งแรกก็ไม่ประทับใจ เข้าพักระหว่าง 6-7 กุมภาพันธ์ 2564 ไปเช็คอินประมาณ 17.20 น. (ซึ่งก็ถือว่าช้าแล้ว) พอเปิดประตูเข้าไป ห้องแรก 202 สภาพที่เห็นคือห้องถูกใช้แล้ว เตียงนอน ที่นอน ผ้าห่ม ฯลฯ อยู่ในสภาพที่ยังไม่ได้ทำความสะอาด เลยรีบออกมาและแจ้งพนักงาน พนักงานก็รีบหาห้องใหม่ให้คือ 204 (ห้องนี้ปกติ) พอลงไปสอบถามพนักงานว่าเกิดอะไรขึ้น พนักงานก็แจ้งว่าไม่ทราบเหมือนกัน เพราะเขาทำงานแค่เสาร์-อาทิตย์ แต่น่าจะเป็นที่ระบบ?? ขนาดเราว่าเรามาเช็คอินช้าแล้ว และโรงแรมก็ไม่ได้เต็มหรือยุ่งมาก แสดงว่าก่อนเราเข้าพัก ทางโรงแรมฯ ไม่ได้เช็คหรือเตรียมห้องไว้ล่วงหน้าเลย ยังโชคดีที่ตอนที่เราเข้าไปห้องแรก ไม่มีลูกค้าคนอื่นอยู่!! สิ่งที่ตามมาคือ คืนนั้นทั้งคืนมันก็ทำให้เรานอนไม่หลับสนิท เพราะระแวงว่าโรงแรมฯ จะส่งลูกค้าคนอื่นมาซ้ำห้องเราอีกไหม (First impression is the last impression) อยากให้โรงแรมฯ ตรวจสอบและหามาตรการระมัดระวังไม่ให้เกิดเหตุการณ์แบบนี้เกิดขึ้นอีกในอนาคต ปล.พนักงานผู้ชายที่เป็นคนเช็คอิน รับมือกับสถานการณ์ได้ดี หาห้องใหม่เปลี่ยนให้ พูดจาเพราะและขอโทษหลายครั้ง

Hotel is in the prime location but as per the photos in the app while booking it was not like same. This is first time when a hotel charge for luggage handling when you checkout and go for 3 to 4 hours outside before taking the flight. Beds are making sound while you take a side also.

Its good to get this hotel if you want get the nearest hotel in the airport and cheapest price .Nice service,friendly and they will assist you if you want to go out somewhere and have atm machine nearest and they have a pool open 9am to 9pm and should be wear the swim wear and the restaurant beside next on the pool also the bar area.
