Location is good, however the hotel area quite old and need improvement.

Old hotel in the center of Banjarmasin city, very strategic location, unfortunately the facilities are old and need revitalization.

Pretty good but I got a room where the AC wasn't cold and I slept too hot all night

Not much can be expected from a hotel that is 12 years old, old facilities, old hallway and lobby atmosphere. Some things are still comfortable, such as soft linen and a soft mattress, even though the pillow is not very comfortable and sometimes the linen is not clean so it makes the body itchy, cleanliness is not maintained. What makes this hotel not go bankrupt is because it is located in the middle of the city, if only this was a hotel on the outskirts of the city this hotel would definitely be just a memory. However, for events and meetings, it is still very worth it.
