I regret to inform you that my experience at Evelina Palace in Bansko was extremely disappointing. The staff were consistently rude and unhelpful, making our stay uncomfortable from start to finish. The bar was never open, depriving us of a basic amenity. Additionally, the pool was freezing, rendering it unusable, and the lack of a hot tub or sauna further diminished any hopes of relaxation. To add insult to injury, the shower provided inconsistent temperatures, fluctuating between hot and cold without warning. Despite our requests, the staff refused to provide spare towels or a second key card, demonstrating a lack of consideration for guests' needs. Furthermore, the hotel blatantly lied about its proximity to the ski slopes, claiming it was a short walk away when in reality it was a 20-minute trek. The only redeeming quality was the comfort of the beds, but even that could not outweigh the invasion of privacy experienced by my friend who woke up to find the receptionist rifling through belongings without explanation. Overall, our stay at Evelina Palace was nothing short of a nightmare, and I would strongly advise against booking a room there in the future.

The stuff attitude is simply poor,doesn't feel like you are welcome rather you are reminded what you have to pay for. Free parking is a con, although it is advertised as one of the amenities. You can just ingore the receptionist that keeps asking you to pay for it and go to the next street instead to park for free. Poor cleanliness,the room is obviously worn out,dust etc. Could easily change this with a clean up upon the guest's arrival. Note that the massage there is not worth it, obviously they are not proffesionals in this matter,probably same as in hospitality.

I am staying here right now. This is not I repeat not a 4star hotel. The bar is never open. The breakfast is very limited in choice and the food luke warm. I have had far better food in 3 stars. I am only glad we did not pay for half board. The housekeeping is non-existent. You have to ask for toilet paper and when you do, all you get is one. Also the car parking is a con. There is limited car parking at the hotel and they charge for it. They charge saying it covers you for the rest of Bansko. It doesn't. There is free on-road parking immediately outside. Do not pay this charge, which they say is for the week. The place is worn out. The beds are old and so hard its like sleeping on a brick. The photos must be old and amounts to a misrepresentation. But for the misrepresentation, I would not have booked it. The only good thing to say is that we are skiing in Bansko and that is where this hotel is. I can't think of anything else good to say.

Αρχικά το δωμάτιο όταν μπήκαμε μέσα μύριζε άσχημα με αποτέλεσμα να έχουμε ανοιχτή μπαλκονόπορτα και να κρυώσει το δωμάτιο! Η μαξιλαροθήκη ήταν βρώμικη όπως και το σεντόνι! Δώσαμε 170€/2 βραδια για ένα υποτίθεται ξενοδοχείο 4* ενώ δεν αξίζει ουτε 2*. Το wifi δεν πιάνει σε κανένα σημείο του ξενοδοχείου. Σου χρεώνουν το παρκιγκ ενω το παρκάρουν απέναντι σε δημοσιο χώρο (δεν υπάρχει σήμανση ότι είναι ιδιωτικό σημείο). Το δωμάτιο φίλων μας έχει αράχνες και ιστους, δεν υπάρχει θερμοστατης για την θέρμανση, η κουρτίνα σκισμένη,και γενικά όλα χάλια! Επισης στο δωμάτιο μας δεν μπήκαν Ποτε να το καθαρίσουν! Το αποκορύφωμα είναι ότι αφού από λάθος μας χάθηκε η κάρτα δωματίου μας ζήτησαν 20λεβα. Εάν ήταν όλα όπως τα παρουσιάζουν στις φωτογραφίες δεν θα είχα κανένα θέμα να τα δώσω! Αλλά όταν πας σε μια τρώγλη μην έχεις και απαιτήσεις! Ούτε με το κιάλι θα με δείτε ξανά!

Although it is rated 4 stars, from my point of view it has 2. I could say a lot about the conditions, but the most important seems to me the attitude of the staff. Totally lacking in professionalism, you are almost molested. For example, the bus that takes you to the slope leaves you in one place, but takes you from another. Without knowing. It is not written anywhere, you are not notified in any way. We waited for him for 30 minutes. Eventually I took the taxi. When I asked at the reception why, I caused a scandal. My expectation was that the reception would settle the conflict in a friendly manner.
