This stay was a fantastic surprise! The location is super convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the subway station, with plenty of malls and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and bright, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly—I felt relaxed the moment I lay down. The soundproofing was excellent, so it was really quiet at night. The front desk service was incredibly thoughtful; they proactively helped me upgrade my room and even gave me welcome fruit. Luggage storage was also very convenient. Next time I visit this city, I'll definitely choose this place again!

My stay at this hotel was a spontaneous decision after my previous hotel in Baoding, where I had spent the past two days, didn't meet the four-star standards I expected in terms of environment and facilities. I'm glad I switched to Hampton by Hilton. The front desk service was efficient, and the facilities and overall environment were consistent with Hampton's usual high standards, which I was very pleased with. The breakfast was also excellent and offered a good variety. Since my high-speed train was scheduled for later in the afternoon, I spoke with the front desk and was granted a late check-out, which I really appreciated. The hotel is located in the High-tech Zone, surrounded by many large shopping malls, making it incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and transportation. I highly recommend staying here. My only minor complaint is about the gate at the hotel entrance; taxis aren't allowed to drive directly to the main lobby door. This means you have to walk a bit with your luggage to the gate to get in and out of the car, which is a bit inconvenient.

I drove there, so I chose a hotel with a parking lot. When I arrived early, the parking lot security refused to let me in, saying there was no space, so I went to the attraction first. As a result, the hotel front desk called again and asked for my car number. If there was no parking space, I could contact them to park the car when I returned at noon. There are parking spaces at the venue. Maybe the hotel and restaurant share a parking lot. Parking spaces are tight. I went to the front desk before 1 p.m. to ask if I could check in. They said that the wellness twin room we booked was not available and we could check into the king bed room first. If it was not suitable, we could change it and just want to rest first. I don’t care too much. I don’t know if it was downgraded. Anyway, there is no foot bath or treadmill. It is quite quiet and the air conditioning is powerful. It is also a non-smoking room and I gave a small gift. Illy coffee machine. The hotel breakfast is good and rich. The service is also warm. There is also Baoding Library on the first floor. The service lady on the first floor was very kind and poured hot water for us. In short, the experience was very good. I will stay here again next time I go to Baoding!
