Hotels in Baoting Mount Qixian Tourist Resort, Baoting

Let me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!

The hotel is very close to the Qixianling Scenic Area, and you can see Qixianling on the side of the road. The room was newly renovated, very clean, the scenery outside the window was beautiful (pictures 4, 5), it was convenient to eat around, and parking was possible in the yard.

The hotel boasts a beautiful environment, filled with birdsong and fragrant flowers. Our room was spotless. The balcony featured a private hot spring tub and a spacious terrace, offering stunning views of Qixianling Mountain. The lady at the front desk was very friendly and even provided a thoughtful complimentary afternoon tea. Breakfast offered a wide variety of options, which my friend really enjoyed. We'll definitely be back for another holiday at this hotel.

The hot spring water is very buoyant. It is slippery after soaking (with several obvious characteristics of hot spring water), rich in minerals, very comfortable.

One thing to say, although the overall situation is a bit old and there are not many types of breakfast, the advantage is that the environment is really good. I didn't feel it when I arrived at noon. I got up the next morning and had breakfast in the restaurant. The air was very good and I could see Qixianling. , rabbits, peacocks, and free-range chickens are not afraid of people. The children are very happy to see them. It felt like the Bird's Nest swimming pool was just like that, the water was too hot, but I had a lot of fun in the swimming pool. The soaking pool in the room is also very good. After taking a dip at night, take a dip again the next morning. It is very comfortable. Although the hotel is in the rain forest, there are not many mosquitoes, which is really rare! The attitude of the staff is also very enthusiastic. The experience is still very good!

Qixianling Kangle Hot Spring Hotel is very good and the waiters are very nice. It is also relatively hygienic, and the outdoor hot springs are also very clean. The waiters in the restaurant are very enthusiastic and have a good attitude.

Booked before the New Year, high cost performance. Can't ask for perfection, generally quite satisfied, suitable for families with elderly people, the room balcony has a bathtub 🛁 suggest to wipe it before taking a bath, more hygienic. The hotel breakfast is also OK, the small cakes are soft and delicious. It is best to go to the hot spring in the morning, the water is clearer, the staff will ask if the temperature is suitable, chat for a few words, the staff said that they are from Daqing, Northeast China, and the Northeast people are warm and service-oriented.

The room was large, clean, and private. The service was fantastic. I had a lot of questions, and they were all answered. There was a dedicated butler. A sightseeing shuttle was available for transportation to the room, and it was easy to get one during off-peak hours. The breakfast noodles were especially delicious. The service at this hotel is truly excellent! The bathroom was a pleasure to use even when washing up in the morning.

It’s different after the decoration. It’s clean and comfortable. I praise the movie effect. The hot shower is very cool this day. The front desk has a good attitude. Next time I bring my boyfriend to see the movie and enjoy the world of two people. 😏😏😏
