HELAS BIEN LOIN DU SERVICE 4 ETOILES Ménage chambre succinct. Lits à peine refaits. Le lavabo sdb jamais nettoyé en une semaine RESTAURATION : CATASTROPHE idem mauvaise cantine scolaire Petit déjeuner : pain industriel ET de mauvaise qualité. Confitures insipides. Le buffet de fruits varié le matin, MAIS LE SOIR, plus de raisin ni d'abricots - juste pomme orange et banane ? pas de fruits d'été ! Le matin accès aux boissons chaudes froides à volonté (mauvais thé) MAIS LE SOIR INTERDICTION d'accéder aux distributeurs, MEME A L'EAU FRAICHE (le règlement intérieur de l'hôtel spécifie EAU NON POTABLE ! on en a d'ailleurs bu à l'arrivée avant de lire NON POTABLE) ce qui pourrait être dommageable pour une personne fragile. Pas de verres vides sur les tables. Obligation d'aller réclamer (au bar hors salle) un verre d'eau. on ressent alors le mépris des serveurs qui de plus ne viennent jamais à table demander ce que l'on veut boire. Jamais bonjour jamais de sourire. Rares tasses disponibles au petit-déj donc gobelets carton ! PEU ECOLO Pas de bouilloire dans les chambres. Bref très décevant

Das Hotel liegt schön am Ende der Promenade, es gibt mehrere Pools und viele Möglichkeiten ins Meer zu kommen. Es gibt wirklich ausreichend Liegen und Sonnenschirme (ohne Aufpreis), selten wird auch schon morgens per Handtuch reserviert. Die Handtücher kosten 10€ Kaution, es gibt 2 Restaurants im Außenbereich und der Service ist auch unterwegs und man kann direkt am Platz bestellen. Das Hotel ist schön in die Landschaft eingebaut, allerdings darf man viele Treppen im Laufe einer Woche besteigen ;-) Das Zimmer war groß genug mit Klima, Kühlschrank, Balkon uns Safe. Mit dem Wifi gab es immer wieder Probleme, allerdings hatte ich eine örtliche SIM, war mir also egal. Das Essen hat immer geschmeckt, ob Frühstück, Restaurant oder Abendessen (Halbpension). Gefühlt arbeiten im Service nur Kinder, eine Ausbildung gab es da noch keine, dementsprechend darf man mehrmals nachfragen bevor einem Getränke geliefert werden… das kann beim Abendessen nerven.

Hotel Ruza Viatrova is one of the best I have ever seen. Beautiful place and location!! When it comes to service, they have a lot to learn. During our week-long stay, no one offered a drink during breakfast and dinner, and when we ordered it, we had to wait a while... not to mention the dirty tables that were not cleared after meals. Breakfast and dinner are monotonous. The paid restaurant is great! There is no lifeguard on the premises (even a good swimmer sometimes couldn't cope with high waves, let alone children), drinks were handed out in glasses at the pools, and the staff was in no hurry to clean up empty glasses. The biggest problem we have encountered is the virus! It's not only our hotel, but as the lady at the pharmacy said, the whole beach is sick! Vomiting, abdominal pain, headache, diarrhea. Apparently they release sewage into the Adriatic Sea, and when I swim in the sea I can confirm the foul smell lingering near the rocks of our hotel! My husband and friend caught it after 3 days of stay, the rest of the team later and a little more mildly, maybe because we were taking probiotics. Generally, they do not use their potential, they do not care about tourists, they can learn a lot from Croatians where everything was great! Additionally, I do not recommend the Delfin boat, which was extremely crowded and had no toilet.
