The hotel was in a great location. There were plenty of restaurants and shopping places. The young man that checked us in was very pleasant and friendly. I did not eat at the hotel because the breakfast was very pricey, and I travelled with several people so I couldn't afford to pay that price for everyone. I have always stayed at Holiday Inn and never had to pay for breakfast. The room was nice but the person in the room either in front of me or behind smoked all night. I coughed and sneezed because of the cigarette smoking. I tried to cover my head, lay on the other end of the bed but it didn't help. I left with a very sore throat. When checking out the young lady at the front desk was not so friendly, she was working on something on the computer and kept her head down for a long time before she finally asked could she assist me. She never asked me about my stay. I had questions about my bills that was not explained before I booked the hotel, she did explain to me the various charges although, I totally disagreed with them.

GGuest UserEverything was great. I need a very firm mattress to sleep on and the mattress was very comfortable to my daughter but was not as great for me for a full night of sleep. I seriously think I would have been better if I slept on the floor. I think there should be at least one room with very firm mattresses available for one bed in case they are needed. 😂🥰. Also I asked on the first morning about having the deadbolt fixed as it would not lock on my door. The lady at the desk said maintenance would fix it and when we came back later that night it still was not fixed. So all we had was the safety latch. The staff was very polite and everything else was great.

DDebao2022Not far from the airport, the surrounding facilities are perfect, shopping and dining are very convenient, and the overall is very lively. The room facilities are normal, not very new, but well maintained. The room was clean and some places were a bit gray. The front desk was more kind and greeted with a smile. Breakfast is quite satisfactory, and the gym is also available. Surprisingly, the coffee machine in the room is relatively simple and there is no microwave.
