Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno di sette giorni presso l'Hotel Parco Smeraldo Terme . Vogliamo ringraziare la proprietà e tutto lo staff dell'hotel per la cortesia, la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrata da tutti. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati e torneremo come ogni anno da quando abbiamo scoperto questa meravigliosa struttura.

Non ero mai stato a Ischia e ho optato per questa struttura su suggerimento di un'amica che era stata qui tanti anni fa e mi aveva dati ottime referenze, anche se un po' "datate". In verità credo non sia cambiato nulla...la qualità è davvero alta, la cultura alberghiera del personale (dal Maitre alla reception sino alle singole addette ai piani), la cucina, la cura meticolosa per ogni cosa (pulizia, manutenzione, servizi, ecc), davvero incredibile. Tutte queste coccole, unite a una location straordinaria e a un range di facilities ottimale (piscine, spa, trattamenti, bar, parcheggio, spiaggia, lettini ecc), mi portano a dire che è stata una splendida esperienza che sicuramente ripeteremo. Lati negativi? L'unico (che a me non ha infastidito più di tante) non è solo "classica" la gestione dell'hotel ma tutta la struttura (dagli ambienti, agli arredi, al layout, alle procedure, al personale) è un po' datato, ben diverso da quello che oggi sono le strutture "anni 2024".

Séjour merveilleux. Tout le personnel très attentif et prévenant. Site sublime rien ne manque. Soins massages piscine thermale plage restauration et cuisine excellente. Personnel à la réception bar et en salle attentionné. L hôtel est très bien entretenu et très bien meublé. Terrasse donnant sur un panorama vers San angelo magnifique. Le soleil et la mer vous accompagne dans ce voyage.

Il personale è davvero eccellente in tutto: cortesia, professionalità e disponibilità in sala e alla reception, gentilezza e pulizia nelle camere e nelle zone comuni; forse un po’ agè le camere ma comunque dotate di tutti i confort. Sia piscina e spiaggia privata ordinate e fantastiche. Abbiamo trascorso giorni belli in un’isola deliziosa.

This is a beautiful beachside resort. The staff is pleasant and accommodating. There were several excursions to choose from, including island tours or ferries to Naples, Prochida, Capri or towns along the Amalfi Coast. It was perfect for a beach weekend. Lots of dining options along the beach which were lovely and romantic.

This hotel is located in Spaiaggio with access to the private beach. It has outdoor warm water pool as well as indoors hydropool. The continental breakfast was lovely. However, lunch and dinner menu lacked variety. Nonetheless, there are plenty of restaurants within the vicinity of the property. Additionally, you can catch a bus or taxi to town where there are even more choices of eating option. Overall, the stay in the hotel was wonderful. I highly recommend it
