Es un lugar perfecto para disfrutar de las vistas que te ofrece el Nahuel Huapi. Los servicios y el acceso a la playa son su parte fuerte. El personal es excelente, está siempre atento a tus necesidades. Es la cuarta vez que nos alojamos aquí y pensamos volver!

If you are looking for unmatched hospitality with stunning views this is the place to stay. We stayed here for 5 days in November and really enjoyed having this as our homebase. The front office was extremely helpful and spoke perfect English. The staff responded immediately, via whatsapp, to any questions we had about the area. This included everything from restaurants in the area with great views, the weather for the day, or room service. Our room was very clean and offered amazing views of the lake and mountains! We could not have asked for anything more from this accommodation.

O hotel é excelente para famílias com crianças pequenas e também para casais. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e estão sempre dispostos a ajudar no que for necessário. Reservaram nosso transfer de ida e volta do aeroporto e o motorista (remis) foi extremamente pontual. O café da manhã (pago à parte) é excelente: pedimos o express e estava sempre delicioso, com pães e croissants quentinhos. As instalações são bem limpas, e você pode contratar o serviço de limpeza e de troca de roupas de cama e de banho à parte, conforme a sua necessidade. Achamos isso muito bom, porque é uma limpeza bem completa e você pode escolher o dia e o horário mais conveniente. Se não for necessário em certo dia, é só não pedir. Consideramos uma excelente opção de hospedagem em Bariloche

Excelente opción en Bariloche. Las suites son muy cómodas y lindas. Con una vista hermosa. Se siente cómo estar en casa. La atención del lugar para destacar cómo en ningún otro lado. Constantemente al pendiente ! El acceso al lugar super facil y cómodo. Hacen todo simple y ameno! Sigan así !!

Les services proposés et l’attention du personnel juste parfaits, arrêt de bus en face de l’hôtel pour rejoindre le centre ou les points plus à l’ouest pour les randonnées. Je recommande à 100%

What a charming and beautiful apartment suites. The property is stunning, unobstructed lake views, gated property, private beach, en-suite jacuzzi tub, pool, fire place, kitchenette, and convenient location. The suites offer everything you need to feel at home. The staff is very hospitable and briskly responsive to questions and requests. Alejandro spoke excellent English and went above and beyond by taking the time to help us trip plan our visit in Bariloche and surrounding cities. Agustin in the evening was very thoughtful and helpful to take care of our questions and requests for some in-house services. Wonderful team! Lirolay has some great room service amenities for in suite breakfast, snacks, meals and drinks. There was a pretty nice wine list with bottles to purchase for a cozy night in with fire wood. We didn’t have much time to enjoy a full body massage but what a perfect place to have one. It is located near some beautiful and walkable restaurants and stores. We clearly enjoyed our stay and hope to come back in the future. Thank you for having us and your excellent hospitality.

Good location in San Carlos de Bariloche with outstanding views of Lake Nahuel Huapi and the Andes from the upper floor rooms. The staff were very courteous & helpful. The Patagonian breakfast was very generous and tasty. Room was clean and well-equipped for basic cooking. Hotel also offers own parking. Highly recommended as a base to visit the area.
