모든 손님을 위한 시설이 부족하고 근처에 식당도 없으며 비싼요금 주고 호텔에서 주문예약해 먹어야하며 센트로와 너무 멀어서 구경다니기가 힘들고 버스가 하루에 몇번밖에 없어서 택시비가 많이 듭니다... 그리고 제일 문제인것은 리셉션 직원들이 너무도 퉁명하고 불친절해서 많이 불코ㅑ했어요... 종업원 교육이 팔요 합니다...

muy linda estadía
Me gustó mucho la estadía. La comida era rica, las habitaciones limpias. La ubicación inmejorable, a más o menos 30 km del centro de Bariloche lejos del tráfico y en medio del circuito chico con muchos sitios hermosos cerca para caminar, nadar, bucear, etc.

ÚNICA queixa sobre o local NÃO TEM secador nos quartos e apenas 2 em todo hotel, além de ser 30min de carro até o centro, mas o o ônus pega na porta do hotel. Hotel acabou de ser reformado, café da manhã simples mas muito bom, atendimento muito bom e a vista é surreal!!!!

Es un hotel sindical x lo tanto la prioridad son sus afiliados ( yo no soy y pagué x despegar xq me gustó vista y lugar ) Nosotros no éramos y siempre nos dieron la mesa del rincón, está numerada y la prioridad d vistas es el sindicato Una vista increíble !! ( q solo desayunaban mirando el lago los afiliados ) Está remodelado a nuevo y está todo impecable Las habitaciones lindas cómodas Desayuno muy básico ( demasiado ) y todos los días lo mismo El personal amable La cena si no sos d sindicato se paga y es muy cara conviene comer en centro La bahía López está hermosa y todo su alrededor Lo único malo es como dije la diferencia q hacen entre si sos d sindicato o no el resto hermoso y lo super recomiendo Es un hotel alejado del centro pero vale l pena la vista y la ubicación privilegiada A tener en cuenta : no tiene secador de pelo Si muy buena calefacción El agua para termo si no sos de sindicato se paga Solamente cambiaría el trato a no sindicales ya que si el hotel está disponible en despegar debería ser igual el trato y prioridad a todos no ? Es mi opinión El resto súper bien Dejo fotitos de hotel y vistas

Es un hotel sindical, si no perteneces te maltratan bastante. Nos recibió el baño de la habitación cin un enjambre de pelos, desagradable totalmente. Te cobran si pedis agua caliente. El desayuno es pobre y medialunas recalentadas (quemadas) La atención del personal malisima, NADA SERVICIAL. Mi experiencia fue horrible.

Impecable hotel, remodelado a nuevo, gastronomía excelente! Las vistas de lugar hacia la bahía son bellísimas, un paraíso! Ideal para estar en contacto con la naturaleza. Toda la zona es maravillosa!!!

Las vistas son muy lindas el hotel mediocre y están en remodelación así que empiezan a los martillazos muy temprano y no paran en todo el día . La comida más o menos y el desayuno pobre , lo hermoso es la vista a los cerros y la playa eso vale la pena ir
