Ante todo, vine de acompañante de egresados. El hotel es excelente, las habitaciones son espaciosas, cómodas, con vista al lago. El hotel tiene parque /playa sobre el lago, pileta climatizada, sala de juegos. Comimos en el hotel, la comida fue muy buena, abundante. El personal excelente también, muy servicial. Superó totalmente mis expectativas. Volvería con mi familia alguna vez.

Desde hace muchos años visitamos Bariloche en marzo y nos hospedamos en este Hotel … Vista y ubicación inmejorables … La atención de la mayor parte del personal súper amable …. Un servicio de desayuno muy rico y abundante, con hermosa vista al Lago… Excelentes condiciones de limpieza … Algo para destacar es que todos los años ofrecen mejoras en sus instalaciones … pileta climatizada, aire acondicionado, etc. Lo recomiendo !Pet Friendly !

Excelente hotel con una atención única Martín en recepción, un fenómeno y el sr gerente también Desayuno excelente, cenas en el restaurante del piso -1, fabulosas, atención en el desayuno y cena increíbles Habitación recómoda, cama excelente y tienen aire acondicionado que no es nada común en Bariloche! Tiene un jardín con bajada al lago único!!!Lo disfrutamos todos los días! Cerca del centro cívico para ir caminando Limpieza muy buena en la habitación y en el hotel La pasamos muy bien, muy cómodos y muy bien atendidos, como en casa Gracias amigos de Patagonia Volveremos seguro!!! Muy buen hotel Esta´un poquito alejado del centro pero lo compensa con el jardín con salida al lago Nahuel Huapi. Tiene restaurante. Buen desayuno. Excelente atención del personal. Es pet.friendly!!

Techo del baño estaba roto, puerta de entrada rota, puerta del baño rota la cual nos hicieron pagar 25.000. Todas las camas estaban sucias con caca. Tardaron 3 días en arreglar el baño también. Un asco el hotel
