Well positioned right across from the old town wall and entry point, this aging but solid hotel seems to have all the right options but it is a little dated in some areas. Good breakfast and very nice dinners in the restaurant 338 made up for the dates feeling some of the common areas. (We chose it for the Giro d’Italia race passing right out the front.)

Trovato con cofanetto smartbox, abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti con il nostro peloso che dire.... Hotel in ottima posizione per visitare comodamente Bassano del Grappa. Camera di ampie dimensioni compreso il bagno con la doccia moderna il personale sia alla reception che al bar molto disponibili e cordiali, colazione ottima manca forse di parcheggio antistante.

Whilst this hotel has a good history and reputation, and location to the old town our travelling cyclist group of 10 only stayed due to its proximity to the finish of the queen stage of the 2024 Giro. Whilst there is an underground storage facility for cycles it could be vastly improved. The front desk staff were helpful and friendly however catering staff were gruff and not helpful at all (the hotel has seen better times.)

Hotel che si raggiunge comodamente a piedi dalla stazione FS. Alloggiato nella suite junior ampia, così come il bagno ( presente vasca iacuzzi per idromassaggio) .Purtroppo non sono riuscita ad usufruire della cromoterapia. In hotel è presente un bar e un ristorante aperto per cena ( si mangia ottimamente) . In camera frigobar e bollitore. Tutto il personale gentile, professionale e disponibile. Hotel in ottima posizione per raggiungere il centro storico e il famoso Ponte degli Alpini. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo soggiornato pensando di trovare veramente un quattro stelle,ma, purtroppo non é stato così. Ambiente un po' vecchiotto, dovrebbe essere rimodernato. Per dichiararsi veramente un"quattro stelle" una controllata agli stipiti delle porte marci andrebbe data e soprattutto non esiste che le camere,almeno la nostra ,abbia come vista le macchine di condizionamento, set di cortesia al minimo indispensabile.Peccato, la posizione è ottima per visitare la città. Personale e ragazze alla reception gentili e disponibili.
