When you're travelling for business it's best not to go with high expectations as you never know what you'll get. In the case of Bonotto Hotel Belvedere it's a very average experience. The room was sizeable and that's a positive. However, no tea or coffee facilities and a meagrely stocked minibar are negative. Breakfast was a disappointment, too. If you like cold meats, great. If you don't or you like hot foods, prepare to be disappointed; luck, warm scrambled or boiled eggs, or toast are the only 'hot' options. Even worse, a machine dispensed coffee; select an option and press a button!

Seconda tappa del mio tour in Veneto, bassano del grappa. L'hotel si presenta molto bello e maestoso con una hall grande e ben curata , adornata da uno specchio molto grande un acquario ed un salottino oltre al lungo banco della reception, proseguendo si incontra un salotto bar e di fronte una sala più grande con TV ed un pianoforte a mezza coda , tutto in stile retro ' . Camera spaziosa , curata e con tutti i confort necessari , molto buona anche la pulizia. Sala per le colazioni molto ampia e buffet completo con materie di qualità e percorso intelligente che evita eventuali file. La ristorazione non posso dir niente perché 2 giorni prima del mio arrivo mi comunicano che per problemi interni non potrò godere della mezza pensione per chiusura della cucina. Si son prodigati subito a trovare delle convenzioni con ristoranti di bassano e mi han aggiunto servizi extra per scusarsi. Alla fine tutto bene. Complimenti allo staff per gentilezza e professionalità.

Una buona struttura. Molto belle la hall e la sala colazione. Posizione strategica a cinque minuti dalla stazione ferroviaria. Personale molto cordiale e colazione molto variegata tra dolce e salato.
