Air conditioning not working, to the point where it was 30 degrees in the room.
Horrible SPA, no one wearing a cap, even though it was mandatory, there was no hygiene in this place, besides being overcrowded.
Hotel refused to compensate customers even though it assumed that it did not provide the contracted services.
Bad experience that was only positive due to the good location.
Trip.com tried to compensate the hotel several times and it promptly refused all attempts, leaving customers injured.
Trip.com compensated the situation as much as possible.
