Small luxury hotel I feel relieved to see that it is SLH, but it is unusually understaffed. From check-in to dining in the restaurant, you have to wait, wait, wait. If you don’t understand English, please don’t come. Most of the employees look like college students who work part-time and cannot solve the problem alone. question.
The restaurant and bar are good, the room is very big, you need to take the stairs to the first floor, and the bathroom is half a floor up. The swimming pool is small and there are many people. There is a sauna, but it was useless because the temperature was 30 degrees on the day of arrival.
Charging the tram is also very funny. It took a long time to fully charge it.

I would like to thank the staff for everything they had done for me and my wife after I mad a awful mistake that is to embarrassing to go into ... all I can say is they literally made sure I was not going to be let down and time ruined by going above and beyond anything they needed to do to make my stay a beautiful one after my error ......the food was lovely and also everything was as it was in the pictures if not better something to see for yourself should you go ahead and book a stay .......

The hotel lean into a dog friendly experience which is a treat for both humans and furry companions. The spa facilities and treatments are high quality - worth a return visit!

Had a great 1st trip to Homewood - didn’t have the same feeling this time round. The restaurant isn’t great and considering it’s quite expensive, I expected more. Didn’t sleep well as Room 6 is by the reception and we had noisy neighbours, obviously this can’t really be helped.

Arrived between xmas and new year for a birthday treat. Couldn't really fault it, excellent service. We stayed in the Spa suite which was lovely.

Our 3 day Christmas stay at Homewood Bath Spa was exceptional. The location is wonderful, lovely walks in beautiful surroundings. All rooms decorated in Christmas style with class and each room having their own decorated Christmas tree. The Olio restaurant provides high quality cuisine that is absolutely faultless. All meals during the Christmas stay were exceptional. Lovely touches that included a Christmas gift and stocking left outside your bedroom door on Christmas morning and activities that included quizzes, archery and axe throwing, carol singers and solo singer performance of which you were given the choice to participate if you wanted to with no pressure.
