The room was relatively clean and spacious. One of the things we really enjoyed was the sunset view and stone oven pizza! However, plates, glasses and utensils at breakfast buffet had food stains. Hope they will improve on this.

All of the staffs are hospitable and polite. Batu Ferringhi night market is within walking distance. Dinner is easily accessible. Room is spacious and neat. Makanan sedap dan banyak pilihan😊

Underwhelming and lacklustre as compared to other Park Royal hotels we've been to. To start off, parking was on first come first serve basis so hotel guests have no priority but thankfully we always get a parking lot albeit far from hotel entrance. On our check out day, our car along with 2 other cars had animal faeces thrown on it. I had the trouble of cleaning it up before rushing off the our flight back home. As this happened inside the hotel premise, we suspected that the perpetrator tossed it over the hotel wall from the public sidewalk on the other side or it was inside the hotel premise itself. It was an odd and awful experience and we hope the security improves and be watchful over the comings and goings along with hotel perimeter security. Location is good but too far up north of the island. Taking into account the road congestion and windy road to get here, it made us wonder if it is worth the stay although it is exclusive with private beach access. The seaview room we got was honestly smaller than expected with outdoor balcony area, the room served its purpose. The room is able to fit 1 cot for our kid as per our request. Fridge was empty and did not come with complimentary set of drinks in it but hot beverage packets like coffee and tea were available. The room was overall clean and well kept upon checking in but the level corridor have a specific smell that is not really pleasant. It smells like moist laundry kept for too long which is likely coming from the carpet. During the weekends, the nightlife continued well past 10pm with music and fireworks going off. Very loud even with the balcony doors closed, woke up our baby multiple times from her sleep. Breakfast buffet was moderate, lack in variety and quality for some of the dishes. For instance, the pancakes, roti canai, roti jala, crossaint were all hardened. It was also my first encounter where the hot beverage station was not self-service, rather a staff is manning the espresso machine and took your order individually so there was a queue just for your hot drinks. The only delicious food we had during our breakfasts were the omelette and sausages. Was expecting better tasting dishes to be served at such an establishment. Food served for our in-dining room service was impeccable. We loved everything we ordered from both restaurants during our stay and it was delivered to us in a timely manner which is acceptable given that they had to cook to order on top of serving guests dining in the restaurants. Both restaurants also served 100% halal dishes so observing Muslims should not have any issue eating in.
