The facilities are complete, from breakfast, swimming pool, to a play area for children. The only drawback is that the hot water is a bit difficult to use.

Cleanliness has to be improved, especially bathrooms that have lots of small animals and if you mop the floor, make sure it's dry before visitors come, yesterday we were very slippery and wet so it wasn't comfortable walking on the floor because there were no hotel slippers, we had to wear personal slippers in the room. and readiness for breakfast, please be on time so you don't have to wait long. Even though the prices are affordable, if you pay attention to cleanliness and service, visitors will visit again. Thank you🙏

Worse experienced. Old and outdated room. Filthy and moldy bathroom. Ants and cockroaches in the room after switched to different room. Next to the mosque and really loud when they are start praying at 3am. Shower head is moldy and bathroom sink is leaking.
