Room was nice. Maid service was non-existent. Asking for room service … they indicated we must ask for it the previous day. Even when we got… they didn’t even make the bed. Front desk was confused at checkout and tried to bill me again after I already pre-paid. Probably will not stay at Hilton again.

Very satisfied. The four of us were very tired from the trip, but our stay was very comfortable and our energy was restored. Due to changes in itinerary, we informed in advance on 10/17 that we would check out on 10/18 and requested a refund on 10/22. I don't know what went wrong, so I kept pretending to be deaf and dumb. The hotel didn't reply and the refund was delayed. A duplicate charge occurred for another room. Full prepayment is required when booking, and USD700 will be charged to your credit card upon arrival. We coordinated and said that it would be refunded within 36 days. Now we have to wait until the 36 days are up before making any plans. Another invoice for dinner in the hotel was not received after many days of coordination. All in all a very bad experience.
