Everything about this hotel was really good! The staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help. The location was excellent, very close to Taksim Square, which made everything super convenient. Overall, I was satisfied with the amenities and services. The only thing I would mention is that the room cleanliness could have been a bit better; it seemed like there’s still room for improvement in this area.

We stay for 3 night at family suite.. the hotel nears from anywhere, quite place and very comfort to stay with children. But the hotel too small even the room is large, we ask for make up room, but they only change the towel without clean up the room or toilet and no added water and amenities, coffe or tea.. For of all the service quite enough.

Located near to Taksim Square. Easy access to metro. During 7 nights of stays they only changed towels 2 times, and full cleaning one time. The bottled water, tea & coffee need to request at the front desk. The room was spacious and view was nice. But the bathroom quite smelly. The front desk said there are construction beside the hotel. You can cook at the room too. They provide all the pan and cooking utensils there. Good for traveller that on a tight budget. So there are good and bad staying here. But i would say overall is ok and bearable.

Moss suits was very good for a small budget and was very modern and close to metro and bus station and near the centre

The place is popular and our room is at 7th floor however, the bedroom is laterally in the terrace which is cold at night!!!!! Although they made some renovations there😭😭😭you can hear people outside talking

Definitely I will come here again for my next visit to Türkiye, it’s close to Taksim square and many foods surrounding. Can easily get taxi, buses and metro. The room is so huge, with living room and kitchen :) The room is clean and the hotel staffs are so nice, very helpful :) Thank you 🙏🏽

We booked the family suite for two days. We booked for 5 people but there was not enough sheets or other amenities. The staff is rude and didn’t listen to our requests at all. For example we had to beg them for the fifth sheet. They didn’t clean the room at all. We asked for clean cups they said we should just use the dirty ones again.

I would love to stay in Moss again, strategic location, nice staff and very helpfull.. will be back soon ..

Overpriced. The standard room has inner windows(not facing the outside!) that face the ground floor a little bit of a weird setting as you can hear the noise from the reception and in and out people. Definitely not a four-star -‘hotel.’

Very clean and very comfortable apartments. The service is great there is a WhatsApp number so whenever I needed extra water or blankets for the sofa ït was delivered instantly. I asked if they had a microwave and there was a knock and they left a microwave in the room. So convenient. Clothes were washed and came back smelling so fresh. Lovely experience, staff are very nice. Extended our stay here.

Moss suite is near Taksim square without needing to walk uphill/downhill which is a bonus in Istanbul and was reasonably priced. The family room was spacious with one queen bed and 2 single beds and a sofa bed. All the staff was very polite and helpful but unfortunately there was an issue with the air conditioning of our room during our stay, they were awaiting parts. All the staff tried to help with a fan, access to a smaller room to sleep and late check out on the last day. Other than that toilet can be a bit more cleaner, rest of the suite was nicely done.

Good location, near with Taxim square. All stuff are kind and ready to help with any question
