Hotel espetacular, cumpre o quê promete no anúncio e muito mais. Atendentes e funcionários super simpáticos e solícitos e simpáticos, comidas e bebidas deliciosa, teve música ao vivo as 4 noites que passei lá. Tudo muito limpo e organizado, além disso rápido para se servir. O parque aquático muito bom e a praia em frente maravilhosa.

The hotel is wonderful, with me good, comfortable beds, activities for children, everything very clean and organized. My only problem was that they wanted to charge me more than what I had already paid, claiming that my accommodation was inferior to what was described in my voucher. They informed that the information sent by the trip would be about a Junior chalet with different specifications. After a lot of questioning, I didn't pay the amount and they led our entrance, but I also couldn't access the voucher when going through the trip to them.

O hotel é lindo, porém precisa melhorar e muito no atendimento, muitos funcionários mal humorados, o serviço de limpeza horrível nas áreas das piscinas, havia recolhimento dos itens usados, porém não havia higienização das mesas e cadeiras, vários itens deteriorados, embora tenha variedade de comidas, o serviços peca na qualidade, comidas sem sabor, enfim coisas básicas que deixam a desejar e acaba frustando o hóspede.

Deixar suco , alimentos na geladeira para quem tem criança , ou o restaurante ser aberto 24 hrs. O cardápio variar mas na janta , e ter lanches nos bares da piscina para crianças . Ter mas variedades de cervejas tbm. O restante está ótimo . Bom trabalho

Foi a primeira vez que venho no Hotel Parque das Fontes e fiquei muito feliz e impressionado com o que vivi aqui neste hotel. Queria destacar três funcionários que me chamou atenção devido a atenciosidade, muito prestativo, simpáticos e muitos outros adjetivos que gostaria de colocar e que não me lembro no momento. Os funcionários são o Reginaldo da Governança, Ricardo responsável pelo parque aquático e a Eduarda da recepção. Merecem ser reconhecidos pelo trabalho que estão fazendo.
