It was very very bad. I arrived with toddler at night, they said that my booking is not available, but i made it for whole. Me and my child have to wait till morning and sleep in the lounge. In the morning they said that they dont jave any free rooms for my stay. The location of the hotel, was the only good thing

I checked in at Hotel Palacio Del Mar on 30 june 2022 . I booked 3 Junior Suites with Sea View . I had a pleasant experience at the hotel .Every staff member I encountered, from the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! The hotel is obviously newly open and still is under construction. It had amazing view and the street goes to life after dark. Air conditioning was the best feature of the hotel .We’re planning to visit again .Thank you! Will recommend to my friends !

It was unfinished, wires hanging from ceilings, incomplete rooms, no breakfast, no restaurant or bar. Feels like you are driving into a mining construction zone. Owners were dishonest and over charged us! View was amazing and that’s about the only good thing at this “hotel” I would avoid!
