The location is beautiful, surrounded by the mountains. The Christmas lights was an added bonus to the outside and inside. The inside is like a museum, with shops and restaurants. I loved the stair cases. Our view from our room was nice, it over looked the front of the hotel. We didn't get time to go to the pool but even the pool area was beautiful. The entire place was very clean from inside to outside. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay here!

There was leftover room service food in the hallway during my entire stay which was covered in flies and ant. The hallway was littered with trash including napkins and empty hangers. It had not been vacuumed in a long time. The property has not been maintained, the room was tired and the plumbing did not function completely, the staff was rude and not at all accommodating. The Hampton is cleaner and friendlier.

This hotel is charming from its entrance, they have magic in each room, with antique decoration and full of history, since it is one of the oldest hotels in the United States. The rooms are very comfortable and with a beautiful view of the mountains. They have several restaurant options with delicious dishes! The service is excellent, each of the employees will make you feel very good.

Even the shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom was phenomenal. The resort deserves more then 5 stars. Exceptional on the cleanliness in the whole resort. Staff second to none and more than Accommodating. I will be letting everyone know Omni Bedford Springs is the best hidden little Gem in Pennsylvania for everyone to go experience. I will be back again for sure!

As a gait assisted senior individual with her beloved husband for just a one night stay, I can tell you that everything was amazing! I would have hesitated, but I am now so glad we went! The long hallways were daunting in the pictures but we just took our time. Such rich history around every nook, so well preserved and documented. The pool, original mosaic tile deck, three story height with symmetrical faux restored staircase and balconies in the structure, unbelievable. Did I tell you our favorite front desk person knew the length of this centuries old indoor pool? Yes, and she was the perfect Omni representative. Thank you, Grace!
