We booked a lake-facing room at the hotel. The room really spans over the lake, and the balcony is built firmly on the lake. Ducks swim out from under the balcony from time to time. At breakfast time, a parrot will unceremoniously land on the balcony railing and stare at the bread in your hand...

We enjoyed our stay, facilities were good, accomadation was comfortable, only complaint was that it was extremely difficult and dangerous trying to get the shower tempreture set to a comfortable temp.

4 times visting as our family love this peaceful and nice lakeview. However, was abit disappointed that the floor was wet when we check-in, likely they have just finished the unit cleaning. We used the floor rag to wipe dry the floor and to our surprise the rag turn yellowish. Suspect is from the floor colour???
We were charged $50 cleaning fees, guess we did not clean the morning breakfast cutlery and utensils.🤔
Abit disappointed for this round.

Very nice scenery and I am staying in the lakeside room. The staff is friendly and we were very late to check in but the staff was still very kind to give us all the guideline we need for the stay.

We stayed 2 nights here and had a lovely tranquil stay. The room was very comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clean and tidy. They provide some cutlery and crockery, so we brought our own cereal with us and ate breakfast on the balcony overlooking the lake. We ate at the Lakeside Restaurant for one meal. The restaurant was very nice and the food was excellent. There is plenty to do at the resort, including an hour long walk around the lake, through the Karri forest and over a waterfall. The resort is a 20 minutes drive drive from Pemberton and is perfectly located for visiting the Karri forests. Would definitely stay here again.

A special place, overlooking a lake
Spacious room with stunning view over the lake. Enjoyed the parrots on the balcony! Microwave and crockery provided, but only handbasin for washing up.
Ate dinner in the restaurant which was OK, but had to eat very early as it was busy, and nothing else nearby.
Can walk from the site to Beedelup falls, and right around the lake.

Overall a pleasant stay.
Overall Karri Valley was very good. The restaurant was particularly good. We had a room overlooking the lake. The room was comfortable but for the price we expected a lot more. The rooms were basic, the tv had only a few channels (No streaming) and the kitchen facility was basic as well. Unfortunately, it also came with a welcome to country which was NOT welcome. Too many businesses are doing this in Australia. The view from the room was great. The resort is a long way from Pemberton. About 20 kilometres way. A good stay overall.
