設施：院子裏有秋千有可愛的貓咪，超有家的感覺
衞生：很乾凈温馨
環境：在二樓旁邊就可以看到海
服務：最最需要給好評的來了！特別特別貼心，丟三落四讓老闆送了兩趟我們的行李到船島，真的服務好好好貼心呀，兄弟姐妹們趕緊給我沖！！！
而且價格這麼便宜，還包接送！！不然自己做景區車一趟都要三十塊呢，重點是老闆人真的好呀～還免費提供趕海工具！！還有我最愛的鞦韆也很出片！店裡還提供電瓶車租車服務，超級無敵方便我們的出行，而且用了兩天我們沒充過才沒電，還是讓老闆去把車開回來的，怪不好意思的哈哈哈，無敵好啦，家的感覺，一家人都很熱情

房間比圖片上看起來大，老闆很佛系，二樓還有一個百香果平台院子成熟了，我小朋友還摘了幾個，可能老闆不太會拍照，院子很漂亮

小院很乾凈，老闆一家人是東北人，特別特別的熱情，阿姨做的飯也非常好吃，我家孩子很喜歡，來潿洲島三次，這次選的住宿是最好的，如果以後有機會，還會選擇他們這家。

環境：到碼頭十多分鐘的步行距離，周邊超市和美食都有
服務：老闆一家人服務很好，我們返程船票有點晚，超過退房時間了，老闆讓我們在退房後在房間休息到返程船到再走，很貼心
