"We had such a wonderful stay at this apartment. The moment we stepped inside the apartment, we just felt like going back home. It’s spacious, bright and airy with a little kitchen and a big and beautiful balcony with a fantastic view. The owner/staff is so friendly and helpful. All of our requests will be handled swiftly. The apartment will be cleaned and restocked with all the necessities everyday. We booked for two nights but extended 5 more nights. That tells you how we like the apartment so much. I highly recommend this place to my friends and family."

"This hotel is only 2 stars on Google? ? ! The facilities and room facilities of this hotel are much better than many 4-star hotels. For around RMB 300, there is a free laundry room, the bathroom floor is made of non-slip tiles, and there is an emergency button next to the toilet. These thoughtful facilities are far ahead of its peers! Disadvantages: There is no safe, and the sound of the door of the next room closing is very loud, which will be very disturbing if you like to go out in the middle of the night!"

"The hotel was excellent, the room layout was very satisfactory, and the location was convenient for various attractions and transportation, all at a very reasonable price. The front desk staff were very welcoming; I forgot to ask their names, but they were a tall, muscular man with a buzz cut. When my child needed to go to the hospital in the middle of the night due to an emergency, they initially arranged for the hotel's own car to take us, and later thoughtfully provided us with water and plastic bags to prevent my child from vomiting – truly considerate. It was a very good stay overall."

"This was our first visit to Beihai, and we specifically chose the Shangri-La Hotel primarily for its stunning environment. The biggest draw for us was its private beach, renowned for its beautiful sunsets, as well as the swimming pool with water slides and engaging family-friendly activities. Upon arrival, a warm and friendly gentleman greeted us right from the taxi, helping with our luggage and guiding us to check-in. The front desk staff member was equally attentive, meticulously explaining all the details of our room package. Our room itself was spacious and bright, truly living up to its 'sea-view' name. Drawing back the curtains revealed not only the beautiful ocean but also a picturesque boardwalk stretching over the water. We even enjoyed a spectacular sunset right from our window in the evening – it was absolutely breathtaking! The hotel's dining options were extensive, featuring fresh ingredients and top-notch service. The family activities were thoughtfully curated, catering to children of all ages with fun and well-planned programs. The beachcombing on the private beach felt particularly safe and wasn't crowded; an early start even yielded some wonderful treasures. Overall, it was an incredibly enjoyable stay and the perfect choice for a relaxed family getaway. Highly recommended!"

Exit to the right there are many kinds of seafood and lamb chops noodles soup nearby where you can have breakfast. "Crowne Plaza Hotel is located on the edge of Silver Beach. The doorman service is proactive and enthusiastic. As soon as the car arrives, he opens the door and helps with the luggage. Special thanks to the front desk Xiaoxin for arranging our room in the same building, sending breakfast for the children, and upgrading the high-rise sea view room. The hotel room is clean and tidy. "During this trip, I felt that Ctrip's service was becoming more and more considerate. The handsome guy at the hotel front desk upgraded our family of four to a suite and connected it to a twin room, which was so convenient. There were three bathrooms, three TVs, a two-meter bed and two single beds for four people, so everyone could get what they needed. The family could gather in the living room for activities and rest without disturbing each other. They also gave us two portions of fruit. The breakfast was average. I'll tell you what I feel. I recommend this rare room type as the first choice for a family trip. There is a RT-Mart not far away. There is a highly rated seafood restaurant just across the road. There are parking lots on the ground and underground, which is very convenient. It proves that choosing Ctrip is still a good choice."

"I accidentally booked the wrong date online (the 29th), but thankfully, both Ctrip and the hotel's customer service teams helped me switch to the correct date at 1 AM. I'm incredibly grateful! I've always vacationed in Sanya before. A long time ago, I visited Fangchenggang and had a terrible experience with its dark, dirty sea. This time, with only a three-day break, I decided to try Beihai, and to my absolute surprise, the hotel's service was fantastic! The staff greeted everyone with a smile, and the hotel was clearly well-staffed. Free bottled mineral water was always available for guests. In Sanya, you usually only get water in your room and have to pay extra for juices or coconut water elsewhere, so this hotel truly offers incredible value for money! The only minor drawback was the absence of a private beach, unlike Sanya, but everything else was superb. The 378 yuan double package included a generous amount of seafood, which would be absolutely impossible to find at that price in Sanya. They even surprised my child with a birthday cake on the 28th, which thrilled them! The hotel truly embodied a 'home away from home' and customer-centric service philosophy, making our stay unforgettable and thoroughly satisfying. I'll definitely be returning for this amazing service!"
