Just near Beihai Old Street! There are also very good sugar water shops on the road, but it will not be particularly noisy! The hotel is very new, and the facilities are particularly new, the washing machine and dryer are very good, and you can see the time. Breakfast is also very good! The young ladies at the front desk are very nice, and they are very patient to answer any questions.

Having stayed in numerous hotels both domestically and internationally, the Shangri-La Beihai stands out as the best experience we've ever had. Right behind the hotel is Golden Beach, perfect for stunning sunset views, and if the tide is right, you can even go clam digging. Our dedicated butler, Lily, provided excellent service throughout our stay, promptly assisting with both travel inquiries and daily needs. Last night, during afternoon tea, my husband, who has sensitive teeth, was kindly offered a bowl of very soft noodles specially prepared by Lily. The attention to detail in their service is truly impressive. This hotel is ideal for both short trips and relaxing getaways. I'll definitely recommend it to friends and look forward to coming back!

Spacious and bright with excellent natural light. The whole place was clean and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The bed was just right – not too soft, not too hard – ensuring a great night's sleep; I slept soundly until morning. The owner was warm, thoughtful, and provided attentive service, always ready to help with anything, which made it feel just like home. The location is convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time!

This is a newly opened hotel. Located in a residential area, I was initially hesitant because the houses looked quite old. However, I found it had been renovated both inside and out. It's a hotel truly ”hidden in the city.” Clean, comfortable, and quiet. Not far from the main road. Conveniently located for taxi rides to Jintan Beach and the Old Street, and not far from the train station.

It takes about ten minutes to get here from the train station. The hotel is located in Beihai Golden Beach, very close to the sea. The room I booked was spacious and well-laid out. It's very convenient for getting around the area. Dining at the hotel is also easy, with various food options available. The service was very warm and welcoming. The hotel environment is also excellent, a top choice for a relaxing vacation! 😂 All in all, highly recommended. I'll definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

The room is OK. The hotel has only 3 floors. There is a parking lot in front of the door. You have to wait for a table when the restaurant is crowded. The area around the hotel is quite shabby, but it's only a few hundred meters to Golden Beach. There are shared electric motorcycles at the door, so travel is quite convenient. It’s just far to Silver Beach, and my butt hurts from riding an electric scooter. The hotel breakfast is OK, the front desk staff is very enthusiastic, and the service awareness is quite good. The brewed ginger tea and fruit tea are very popular with me, which is very heartwarming for the strong wind in winter. I will consider staying here next time.

The room was excellent – clean and incredibly spacious. I booked a twin room, and there was about 3 meters between the two beds. It was well-equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, water heater, and more. It's directly across from the sea, making it my top choice for a long-term stay. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit Beihai.

Stayed for a few nights and felt very comfortable.

The room was very clean, well-equipped, and spotless, with a cozy atmosphere. The front desk service was attentive. One suggestion: for a family of three, there should be at least three bottles of mineral water. Bottled water costs less than one yuan in bulk. It's not like we can go a long way to buy water. We're not staying at a hotel to earn a few extra bottles of water. We'll leave any unfinished drinks in the room. Asking the front desk staff for water was a bit awkward. I hope they can be more generous.

This is the perfect hotel in my mind! I want to stay at the Parkman every time I travel in the future!! I checked in early, and there was a gymnastics competition going on. Lots of kids were running around, and the front desk staff were incredibly busy, but they were very patient with everyone. Because I arrived early and many rooms weren't ready yet, they upgraded me! I'm so grateful! ❤️ The breakfast was also super delicious!! There were plenty of washing machines and dryers. I'm a bit of a clean freak, and I couldn't find anything to complain about in the hotel! Five stars all around!
