The hotel is very close to Silver Beach, right at the entrance of Silver Beach, within walking distance, and there is a restaurant on the first floor. It is not far to take a taxi to Qiaogang Food Street. The room facilities are complete, there is an elevator, and the hotel front desk service attitude is very good.

This stay exceeded my expectations. Xiao Xian at the front desk and Xiao Qiang, the concierge, were both incredibly attentive and patient. The room was clean and tidy, with good natural light and ventilation, and the soft bedding ensured a very comfortable sleep. The hotel also has an outdoor pool, a kids' playground, a gym, and a laundry room on the first floor. Plus, you can book sea-foraging activities, making the overall value for money excellent. The hotel even offers a free shuttle bus to Silver Beach Pier, which makes getting around very convenient. This hotel truly takes the stress out of travel and accommodation. You can also see the international passenger port without obstruction. It takes only 10 minutes to walk to Weizhou Island and save taxi costs. The last point is that the price is super low and the price is very high.

However, the cleanliness of the room was extremely disappointing, hence this complaint. Upon entering the room, because the cleaning agent had an overly pungent smell, I turned on all the lights. I found not only residual hair on the pillow but also a noticeable brown stain, making it unusable. The floor also had uncleaned stains, appearing very unkempt. Furthermore, the room reeked of mop water, indicating it hadn't been properly dried after cleaning, severely impacting my experience. This level of cleanliness is seriously inconsistent with your hotel's standards. I hope the hotel will take cleanliness seriously, improve room management, and prevent similar incidents from recurring.

The place was clean and the front desk service was excellent. It was very quiet and only a few minutes' walk to the beach. They even gave us complimentary drinks and snacks, which was a nice touch. Definitely worth revisiting. The breakfast was also delicious. I'd love to come back again if I have the chance.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right by Qiaogang Beach. It's super close to Qiaogang Style Street, so every evening we just rented a scooter from right outside the hotel to grab some snacks. The beds were really comfortable too. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Beihai.
