The front desk was nice and did her best to accommodate me in English, including providing her WeChat in case I had any questions. They also upgraded my room since mine wasn’t available at check-in. Be aware, the majority of the guests were senior citizens, depending on what type of vibe you want with your hotel.

A very cost-effective parent-child hotel. The rooms are clean and sanitary, the bedding is very comfortable, there are slides and tents that children like, and the hotel also provides free buses to Silver Beach and Qiaogang Style Street. In addition, the twin room I booked is also very good, with a large area, and the elderly at home are very satisfied. The hotel's housekeeper and front desk are very enthusiastic, caring, and proactively help with luggage. The service is very thoughtful, and a big thumbs up. Excellent, clean, new-ish hotel that is a very short walk from Silver Beach. Very friendly and helpful staff (special mention to Ms Celine Dong who checked us in, spoke excellent English and was extremely friendly and helpful, providing us with information on the hotel and its surrounds. Thank you Celine!). Breakfast had an impressive array of options (including some western options) and the room (a family room with bunk) was very spacious and comfortable for my wife, two children (12 and 10) and I. Would definitely stay there again.

Isle Beach Home was a pleasant surprise. The view and closeness to the ocean is the best part of the stay. The rooms are very comfortable and the beds are of western hotel standards. The staff is attentive and friendly. They provide information about the island and also scooters for easy transportation. There is a restaurant on site with delicious food. It's also close to local seafood markets on the island. Another great part about the hotel is the infinity pool and deck. But there are a few things that detract from the overall greatness of the experience. The pool deck, although beautifully overlooking the ocean, is not set up for relaxing. The deck chairs are old and without cushions and there are no pool umbrellas to protect from the summer sun. And secondly, (this is not their fault or responsibility) the surrounding environment is the opposite of what the hotel promotes. The buildings and structures surrounding the hotel are unsafe and hazardous looking. But even with that, I would definitely stay her again.

The hotel is strategically located, with the high-speed rail station within a 5-minute walk and the starting point of the airport bus. There is Pearl City nearby, which sells various specialties and delicious food. To Qiaogang Fengqing Street, Didi costs about 10 yuan, which is very close. The breakfast buffet is rich and the dining environment is good. The hotel service is good and welcoming, and the room facilities are well-equipped. However, there is a flaw in the ointment. The room is on a dark side and the window is open. It is recommended to turn on the ventilation when no guests are staying.

The photogenic rate is too high! 4️⃣Before checking in, you can create a group and ask for flight information; there will be a pier pick-up service for check-in and check-out. When you enter the hotel, there will be a concierge in the lobby to help store your luggage. The work team is very enthusiastic and professional. The staff are very professional and skilled in dealing with various inquiries, handling problems very well, and can provide services to guests in a timely manner. The breakfast is also comprehensive; there are soy milk, steamed buns, noodles, and fruits. The room also has a projector, mini bar soft drinks, and toiletries like shower gel have a very textured smell. ❇️Summary: From booking the hotel to checking out, the hotel gave me a very warm and comfortable feeling, allowing me to get a relaxing and soothing rest environment after work. Great hotel, room and view were amazing!!! Free pickup and drop off to the fairy Station. Room was super beautiful, spacy, and the view was stunning. You can rent a electric scooter at the front of the hotel and just stroll around the island. Recommend to go to Wucai Beach for the sunrise. One problem - breakfast time is only 8:00-9:30. Personally I think it's a very short period for a vacation hotel and ends quite early. Also, once some food ends - they don't refill, it's just over. Came in at 9:10 and many things were finished. Other than the breakfast issue, everything was really great. Had a wonderful weekend here :)

We generally liked this hotel and stayed for 4 nights while in Beihai. The rooms are very spacious with bathtubs and other good amenities. They are also very clean, and the hotel also offers a good breakfast. The only issue was that it's winter and the rooms were cold. They would not heat up no matter what, and I had to use two comforters from two separate beds together to be warm at night. That was the only problem, but otherwise everything was good. The location is also very convenient.

The overall environment is clean and hygienic, relaxed and comfortable, especially suitable for couples and parent-child families. The landlord and boss are a couple. The male boss is considerate and gentle, while the female boss is careful, quick and patient. Because the child has a fever, he also cooks porridge specially. The restaurant also has light meals. If you want to change your taste, there is a Vietnamese restaurant next to the hotel, which has a high rating. Unfortunately, it was sold out when we went there because the ingredients were not enough. There is a small shop at 1 o'clock south of the Vietnamese restaurant, and it is also convenient to go out by motorcycle.
