The hotel facilities are very good with a laundry room, the room has a small degree, I booked a city from the forest room, living in the room feels right at the seaside, the room is very fresh, the large windows in the room are very ventilated, the hotel also has a self-service luggage storage cabinet, Directly swipe your ID card or enter your password to store it. The hotel's public area is also equipped with disinfected alcohol. You can be more assured when you go out.

Service: This is the key point. The receptionist is really excellent. She speaks very casually and gives people a sense of intimacy. It may be because she is beautiful and has temperament! How can it be just because of appearance? Later, the TV had a signal problem, so the front desk answered the phone and asked us to try it ourselves. If it didn’t work, she came over to move stools and climb up and down to help. It really exceeded the scope of work of the general front desk, and her attitude was always friendly and patient! My son said that the auntie was so nice!

The room is small but well-equipped. I booked a family room. The front desk girl was very welcoming. I came back late and she let me check out later. The most important thing is that the transportation is really convenient. There is a bus stop one minute away. It is very convenient to go to the Old Summer Palace and the subway station!

The room was very nice. We went to the zoo to see Menglan. It took 5 minutes to walk from the hotel to the oceanarium gate in the morning to enter the zoo. We were in the third wave of Menglan in the queue at 7:30 in the morning. When we came back, they cleaned it up, put everything in order, and covered the doll we brought with a blanket. It was very considerate. The bathroom was also very good, with dry and wet separation, and the whole house was intelligently controlled. It was very convenient to buy things around the school and it was not very noisy. The hotel is also a stand-alone building, not in an office building. I highly recommend it~

Not much service, staff are nice but do basic work. There was no facilities, 1 restaurant and a front desk. In the bathroom, the toilet roll was almost empty and there was not facial tissue which should be the basic.
The room was fine and well designed for a budget hotel. However, you could hear a lot of noise outside since the windows are not well insulated.
Overall, it was a good stay for CNY 307 per night including service charge and tax.

MMe麦I recently stayed at this hotel and was impressed by its excellent location, close to various attractions. While the rooms were a bit on the smaller side, they were impeccably clean and well-maintained. One unique feature was the meal delivery robot that brought food right to my doorstep, although I wished it came with a notification system. Overall, a pleasant stay with convenient amenities.

GGuest UserThe butler in the store is very enthusiastic, and will take the initiative to ask various needs, and will try to meet the needs of the children. This is the warm place of this homestay, and I always feel the warmth. I ordered dinner at the homestay, and I feel delicious and at home. It's not like the taste of 9 restaurants outside, but more like the taste of home. The taste is very good. It rained a little when we checked in. It's so comfortable to sit in a daze in the backyard after the rain, and the third floor A random shot of the sky mirror will give you a sense of instant vision of a blockbuster, and the children are crazy about it. The room facilities are also good, the only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, but because there are welcome white fungus soup and good night milk, these can be ignored. The most regrettable thing is that there is no water in the swimming pool because of the temperature problem. If there is a swimming pool, the children will be happier. Overall I commented that this is a very warm hotel, and I will choose it in the future.

The hotel's breakfast buffet offers a huge variety of cuisines ranging from Western delicacies to Chinese comfort food. The breakfast buffet opens from 7 - 10 AM.
The dinner buffet is a wonderful unforgettable luxury experience, serving hotpot, fresh Seafood and meat, and an ice cream station. The dinner buffet opens from 5:30 - 9:30 PM.
The room is very clean and looked new, the staffs are friendly and polite. Overall a wonderful experience, would definitely come back again.

MMatyasLocated in a very good place. On the edge of a Hutong in an alley. The place is definitely not a 4 star hotel as it was stated on the Trip. The room is very small but the bed is very good. A few members of the staff are very friendly and keen to help but but others are just don't care or straight rude. The hotel has an everlasting sewer smell. Don't bother with breakfast they just unpack some store bought stuff and heat it up. Only Chinese breakfast and toast. Oh and they ordererd a scammer taxi for us to get to the airport on the last day (we paid triple what we paid on arrival even though the roads were empty because of early morning).

HHannahAmazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries.
The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

We loved the thoughtful and personalized anniversary decor on the bed, cards and bubbles. A special thank you to Paolo and the team. The delicious and decadent cake we ordered from the bakery was absolutely delicious. All the staff were professional, friendly and made our experience phenomenal. The afternoon tea, cocktails and light dinner at the club were delectable and so enjoyable. Can't wait to return for another awesome staycation at The Regent.

HHoeThe service provided by the check in staff - didn’t catch his name - on shift on 1 April ard 5.45pm was impeccable! ( short hair, round face with specs at the front desk - right side ) would like to commend him on his attentiveness, politeness which made us feel very welcomed.
I also want to give special thanks to the concierge trainee Mia Su who helped me twice on 2nd April with my cardboard box of purchased items, help carry the box/ and also help talk to my didi driver on the right terminal to go to. She was polite, helpful and professional.
The mister attendant at the front of the hotel was very helpful w our heavy suitcases and carton box full of Beijing specialty goods on 2 April 4.45pm when we were leaving for the airport

BBernie123The room is decent size for the price and it is well distributed. The closet is just a hanger for like 4 or 5 garments so beware. Bathroom unfortunately was a bit smelly. Bed was comfortable. I did not like the included breakfast because it’s actually a bag they leave outside the door every morning with the same menu everyday and did not like all the items. I will try a different hotel in my next visit to Beijing.
