I came here from Chengdu to spend Christmas. The experience was great, just like going home. The housekeeper Xiaomai was very considerate and prepared surprises for us, paying special attention to details. I will definitely come back again. I was reluctant to leave. I look forward to coming back next time. I will only stay at Mandarin when I come to Beijing in the future.

It was a great experience. The butler was enthusiastic and professional, and the room was full of details. I spent the most peaceful night in the past two years during my stay. Because of the presence of Mandarin Oriental, the surrounding alleys are well managed and clearly marked. All in all, a courtyard hotel in such a rare location is worth experiencing.

In the cold winter, the room is warm enough to wear short sleeves. The butler service is impeccable, attentive and considerate. I made an appointment for a set meal at Yanting for dinner, and my family was very satisfied. In particular, the service was so good that I never let the tea cups run empty. This stay was perfect, and the service facilities were worthy of the room price. I will choose to stay here next time I bring my family to Beijing.
