I contacted the front desk to find out that the remote control was broken. Before I could finish my words, she said, "Let the cleaning staff give it to you" and hung up. I had other needs and hung up the customer's phone before I finished speaking. There is a lack of business etiquette and even the most basic respect between people. My attitude when answering the phone was very cold at first.
The cleaning ladies are very enthusiastic. The remote control was broken and I later replaced it, but it didn't work very well either. It only works when I'm close.
The equipment is old and many movies are not available.
The house always feels dirty and very dirty. The amount of water in the shower is small.
