The location is very near to the train station and Wangfujing shopping area. It is also near to the local hospital in case there is any emergency. The room are great for the price we paid.

The hotel located at Wangfujing, near attraction places like Temple Of Heaven, Tian’men Square and The Forbidden City and it has easy access to public transport. As for breakfast, there’s a lot to be choose from, and for Muslim guest, there’s some halal selection (you need to look for the halal remark and choose wisely). Staff can communicate in English very well. I will definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay at Wangfujing area.

Excellent location. Hotel a little bit old and tired. Funnydooronbathroom. However, personal is making your day. Smile is always there, even early morning. We enojoy our stay and would definitely come back. We liked breakfest in Exclusive lounge and also dinner there. Definitely, woul recommend to go with Executive rooms 16-19 floor.

Very good and flexible service when I had to shorten my stay! I was very happy they allowed me to check out even at 4 pm without charging half a day. Money reimbursed immediately, trip.com also played their part. This is China style service!! On another note, I like the art in the hotel and the location is great.

Able to leave baggages when you have a plan to another city or Universal. I got upgrade the room after check-in to the room that has bad smell by smoking. Breakfast buffet is yummy, too

Room was too hot, it just simply couldn’t cool down. The room also had some cigarette smell even though it’s a non smoking room. Location was amazing, service was great and buffet breakfast was good

The location is perfect, just 1 block from apm and subway (line 8) and walking distant to Wangfujing St. The room might be a little old but clean and no smoking scent (We were at non smoking room).

Booked a weeks stay with multiple check ins in between places. We are a family of seniors n kids. Room was ready although we checked in early in the morning after a long flight. We were assisted by both Hebe Huo and Eric who were both very accommodating and friendly attending to our various needs. Breakfast buffet was good and the room was spacious and clean. The location was excellent - in between 2 train stations and within walking distance to wangfujing malls. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to Beijing.

The aircond is not working. The hot air is blowing eventhough the weather is quite warm outside. Can't sleep at night when it happened.
