The hotel is not clean, have hair on the bed and bathtub. The mattress is not comfortable also. Can hear ambulance pass by every single 10 minutes. Very bad experience as i couldn’t sleep whole night. Subway near the hotel but JR is super far. Not many foods surrounding the hotel also. Please don’t know book this hotel!!!! Expensive price with bad experience.

Location abut further from shinjuku station. Quitr abit old room with some insect seen in the bathroom.

It’s approximately 15 minutes walk from Shinjuku Expressway Terminal. But there’s another subway station nearby too. Upon check in, they gave a goodies amenities bag to my daughter. 1 issue that we encountered during the stay was the 2 in 1 washing machine (washing + dryer). Our clothes still wet after we took out from the washing machine. What I did was using the hair dryer to blow dry a bit of the clothes. The service provided was very good and friendly!

8/10. Location was good, room was clean and quiet. The best part was the good quality pajama they offered.

Room is a little bit bigger than other budget business hotels. Typical amenities except you have to pay for a razor. Overnight parking is relatively cheap.

If ur looking for an affordable hotel that is in a decent area and price is good this is the perfect one. Subway station is not too far and a good walking distance to popular locations. The checkout time is a bit early but late checkout prices are fair.

The hotel was clean and the staff friendly and service oriented. Location was easily accessible from Shinjuku Chrome Station Exit E2 & C7.

Regular Via Inn, a little bit far away from Shinjuku station and lots of thick guide bricks on the way there. Be careful if you bringing a heavy suitcase.

Convenient to city and food! Hotel was clean. Checking in and out was cumbersome, as was told to check in every single day for 3 days due to their system. Hotel staff also did not took the initiative to inform us through room call on our baggage arrival (through Takyubin which was delivered late), despite several reminders to them. This was crucial leading up to our returning flight home.
