The Hotel room and fittings are of high standard, especially the shower, however due to minimal amenities and only a vending machine for drinks, eating in your room becomes challenging. The paid parking is provided by local authorities so is shared with general public and spaces go quickly at times.

Besides the ongoing construction nearby that blocks road, everything else wad perfect.

It was nice for a solo traveler. It was just enough if you’re only there for a few days and spending the majority of your time outside enjoying the outdoor activities

Very bad experience. Worst room al location for Asians (we check-in around 1800pm). Super loud noisy close to lift. Service also bad. No coordination for room after complain at night.

It's close to Queenstown, clean and convenient on foot. It's easy to get around, and you can drink hot water, coffee, and tea for free at the Benteen machine on each floor of the hotel. Diman's room had a window, but it couldn't be opened, which was a bit inconvenient.

Two guests came in at midnight and scared us. They entered by swiping the room card. I don't know if they were thieves or the room was booked twice. Fortunately, we woke up and our belongings were not lost.

Quiet in the middle of the hustle and bustle, very suitable for rest and sleep. The location is also very good. You are right in the center of Queenstown and the transportation is convenient.

The room is relatively small, parking and transportation are not convenient.

Everything you need is available, but there is no desk, which is inconvenient
