Booking this hotel at about 8pm, the intention is to go straight to Jakarta and take a break. Deliberately booking a twin bed so that it can fit three people. Then he was escorted to the room by his employees, ehh until he got to the room the mattress was just a normal one for 2 people. We complained to the receptionist, but they said if you want to get the twin bed, come at 2pm. In fact, use the order from the application to book the room, not even the room that has already been booked but given to another guest. We chatted for almost 1 hour and so on. I asked for an answer from the hotel about the room I booked, but the employee even said, "Okay, if you don't want that room, check in." This is the only time I went to the hotel and got this kind of service.
