Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Beijing

I recommend this clean and cost-effective accommodation.

This time, I got to travel freely in China without a visa. (I only went to another region once with the package^^;) China is especially difficult in terms of language!! Rather than using Google Maps and such, I had to use my own map, but since I had to use Chinese characters for the search terms, I faced a big obstacle~ Where to stay~ I thought this was really important.. Since it was my first time in Beijing with a young child, I was really worried. Cleanliness was important, and the location was important when moving around, so I stayed at this hotel because it was easy to access major tourist attractions. It seems a bit far from the subway station. It wouldn't be too far for adults, but... I didn't use the subway.. I just walked to the station. The area around the hotel is bustling~ There were two Peking duck restaurants nearby. It was good that the accommodation was close to the bathroom when I needed it. Even though the bathroom was famous, why was it like that~~~ ㅠㅠ I came to the hotel and solved it. The hotel was clean. They even let me check in early~ I was so tired after staying up all night, but I was able to rest well and leave, which was nice. Right next to it is one of the four major cathedrals in Beijing. I couldn't go in because it seemed locked, but the atmosphere was nice. The bedding was cozy and nice, and the breakfast was good. They served kimchi! And the noodles at the instant corner were delicious~ A lot of Westerners stay here~ The hotel pool is also good~~ I didn't get to use the steam sauna because I didn't have enough time, but I think the sauna would be good too~ And there was a massage shop in the hotel (where the indoor pool is). The staff were friendly, and there was a map of tourist attractions in the hotel, so if you have any questions, like the subway station, you can ask. They gave me a late check-out, so I had breakfast and made a separate reservation for Tiananmen Square. I think it's faster to go to Tiananmen Square without any luggage and put my phone in a pocket with a zipper so that I don't lose it than to go to the Forbidden City together. The lines were different. There were bags and there were no bags. I had a good stay.

The hotel is in a very good location, close to the subway station, and the surrounding facilities are very complete. There is a Jingdong supermarket downstairs, and there are food and drinks just across the road. It is so convenient!

My friend and I stayed at this hotel. The hotel itself is not bad, the location is convenient - there is a pharmacy and several restaurants nearby. The reception staff really tries to help, the guys are responsive, thanks to them for that. The transfer from the airport is excellent, we booked it in advance by mail. The trip says - 450 yuan, but at the reception they said that this is only for Capital Airport, in Daxing 850 yuan. The driver was also very responsive, attentive. But, unfortunately, this is where the pluses end. The hotel is undergoing renovation, and it is just a nightmare - very noisy, and on the last day there was an unbearable smell of paint. They tried to help us, but rather tried to sympathize and create an appearance. At first they offered a room with one bed (although it is obvious that it does not suit us), then they seemed to find another option, offered to spend the night, and the next day return to our room to pack our things and leave. This is absolutely unacceptable for a hotel of this level. Another big minus is the breakfasts. Very bad coffee and coffee machine, the choice of food leaves much to be desired. If this were a three-star hotel, this could be understood. The hotel is positioned inadequately. Taking into account all the experience, I would significantly lower the rating of the hotel.
