Staff were very nice. Room is abit stuffy but overall a nice experience staying in the hotel

The bathroom is a bit worn out. Apart from that everything is good. We lost a bag with very important documents in a taxi and the staff in the hotel helped to trace the taxi driver and get it back within an hour. We really appreciate the help. I would give the service six stars if the system allows!

We arrived late and they had no rooms left so they upgrade us. The upgrade was in another building and half way we were left alone and told that was straight. The building had the lights off and the entrance and the elevator too hard to find. Maybe need the service to take you to the elevator at least? The room was clean and the breakfast was ok! Hope next time we have more luck with a professional service.

I had a nice staycation at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was happy that they allowed foreigners as many hotels in Beijing are not taking foreigners since the Pandemic. The location was ok as it was in the area as my university, and I did not want to go far from campus. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and there was always an English-speaking staff member at reception on duty. All you must do is ask for an English-speaking staff member. There is a lounge area where you can order snacks and drinks (this is also the same menu for room service). By the way you must request for the room service menu directly from reception and they will send someone to your room to take the order. There is also the option to pre-order breakfast to have in the room each evening. There is a traditional Chinese Tea House on the premises for any who are looking for some cultural emersion. There is also a Chinese barbeque right outside the hotel and you can charge the bill to your room, which I found convenient. The gym is small but has most equipment and the pool is indoor. However, it is also used for swimming classes for kids which is inconvenient. Too many children and too much noise. The breakfast was nice. A mixture of Chinese and Western cuisine. Dinner is buffet and a la carte. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The spa was unfortunately closed. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it for the price point it has.

The room is clean and tidy, and the toiletries are replaced and replenished in time and in full, unlike some hotels that are stingy and don't give them even if you ask for them. The bed sheets are clean and hygienic without hair, etc. The toilet bowl in the bathroom has no odor and is cleaned every day.

The room is very comfortable, the location is convenient, and the breakfast is good. The service of the guy at the front desk is very good. It is a good choice for hotels visiting the Summer Palace and Xiangshan. I will consider staying here again when I go to Beijing

Every time I come to Beijing, I stay at Sheraton. The environment is good and it is not far from any scenic spot.

The equipment is old and the basin has poor drainage. The bathtub cannot stop the water. If you want to be unhappy, you can come in and stay. Ctrip 975/night. Check-in instructions require a 4-night stay, hehe... The room rate will immediately rise to 1,358 yuan per night. The reason is incomprehensible. In the end, I could only stay one night and find another place to stay!

The service is impeccable. The reception staff at the front desk are warm and friendly and answer every question patiently. The room service responds in a timely manner, making people feel like they are at home. Especially for that late-night emergency, the staff arrived quickly and solved it properly, which made me deeply feel their professionalism and attentiveness.
