房間乾淨衞生，管家服務很好，水世界整體也比較乾淨，娃很喜歡。很適合週末帶娃來玩

服務很好，管家很貼心，小童遊樂場也是遛娃好去處，我生病，管家負責帶娃擼貓，真的環境，服務無可挑剔

環境服務態度特別好，早歺味道超過90%五星酒店。

酒店服務非常好，入住前一天有管家小劉聯繫，提前留房，我們提前了很久到酒店，但是直接就辦入住進了房間。入住給孩子贈送了零食禮包和水果，離店還給孩子贈了手工玩具，最貼心的是聽説孩子被蚊子咬了，還特意給孩子送了止癢貼和小玩具。酒店環境和衞生也非常好，很多設施還很新，酒店有3個樂園，由於年齡小，孩子最新喜歡的就是水樂園，玩了兩天。總體來説孩子玩的很高興，下次有機會還會來的。

The water in the swimming pool is also very clear, and there is a warm water pool for children to play. There are many things for children to play, such as water jet massage, swimming rings and swimming mats. The package I bought also includes breakfast and a set of afternoon tea worth more than 500 yuan, which are all very good. The hotel is equipped with a butler for each guest. Our butler is a handsome guy named Xiao Liu, who is warm and thoughtful. He specially prepared small gifts for the children and sent the children's toiletries in the evening. By the way, the hotel's toiletries are also international brands. The children had a lot of fun and said they would stay here for 100 days! In short, it was a very happy experience. Because I have a kid who likes to play all day, I have been to several parent-child hotels. Since I am lazy, I just go there and don't comment much. But I definitely give a big thumbs up to this one. The environment and service are really great. A beautiful lady (housekeeper) was very attentive to us. She gave snacks and toys according to the children's preferences. The child liked kittens and gave him a free cat-stroking meal. I checked out the next day, but my son didn't want to leave. He asked if he could come once a month.
