This hotel have The Keys deposit 1,000 CNY , even the 3stars hotel does not ask for deposit , but can check out late 1h and another are ok. Even the 3 stars these days didn't ask for any deposit at all. This is not how you treat a guest.

Great newly opened hotel. Cool industrial architecture located in a former building of the Shougang park. Great service, good food and swimming pool (plus play room for extra charge). Shougang park itself is also definitely worth a visit. Recommended for a staycation in Beijing

During the 2024-2025 Spring Festival, I brought my family to Shougang Shangri-La to experience a different Spring Festival. I heard that Shougang had the first Spring Garden Party, so I stocked up on tickets in advance and chose to stay at Shangri-La Hotel. The hotel facilities are complete, especially the shower head switch and adjustment buttons are on the wall. You don’t have to raise your head to adjust the hot and cold water. This is very convenient! The customer service will call one day in advance and specially prepare baby slippers and bath gel. It’s super perfect! However, as a parent-child hotel, the children’s playground here is not big. I looked through the window and felt that it was too young. Most of the children’s recreational activities on the first floor of the hotel are charged. There are not many skills to learn. Most of them are selling things. It feels like an advanced version of a miniature temple fair! The hotel front desk gave a map of the Shougang area. It feels like staying and shopping here is like being on an alien planet! Looking for traces of steel straight men everywhere... But there is nothing to introduce during the Spring Festival. The May Day Theater has passed by several times and is not open to the public! The ice rink is right in front of me, but I didn’t find it after searching for three times! I heard that the Shijingshan Mountain in the distance is not high but difficult to climb. I don’t want to try it in a cold day! I don't know how this place can be so desolate and lively at the same time! The view from the room arranged by the hotel is not bad. I got up early and saw people flying kites, which made me feel very happy! However, the hotel TV doesn't have many channels! It's rare to see a five-star hotel with only more than 20 TV channels! I feel that playing in Shougang for two days is enough for four days, which is too much!

The whole design of the hotel makes people feel very comfortable. There are many green plants and they are all fresh and well maintained. There are many types of breakfast. The gym and swimming facilities are complete. There are many dining options around the hotel. It is worth mentioning that Yigongguan has fresh ingredients and good service. If you want to relax for two days and spend a small weekend, it is a very good choice

The hotel service is warm, clean and tidy. The room is warm and spacious. The location is excellent. The housekeeping staff is also very attentive. The hotel front desk sister Talia is very enthusiastic. The room price is also very affordable. A birthday cake was given when checking in. It is cost-effective. The layout is comfortable and pleasant. I recommend it to everyone.

In the hotel industry, it is a work of art. I have to admire the designer of this hotel. The project is so huge and expensive that we can't all stay in it 😻 (meaning we can book a room), plus the service attitude is so good. Why do I say this? It was a large factory 🏭 before. It is divided into two parts. The front hall is the lobby bar, restaurant, and some functional departments at the front desk, and the back hall is the guest room. The front hall is a space that is raised by about 4 floors. You can imagine how big this part of the factory was before. There is a corridor connecting the guest rooms at the back. The atmosphere of the factory can be seen everywhere, but it is not very prominent. It echoes the style of the hotel and is very comfortable. The designer really deserves a bonus. In the north, there are so many green plants indoors, and most of them are tropical plants. It is really rare. Every step is a scene, and you can hear the birds singing and smell the fragrance of flowers! During the few days I stayed here, I often saw some people coming to check in and take pictures to visit. The hotel is also very private. If friends from other places stay in this hotel, they must stay an extra day to visit the park. I usually come here to eat and see the night view, but I still stayed in the park for a few days without going out. It was very relaxing. Living here is like giving yourself a vacation. From check-in to departure, every staff member I came into contact with was very enthusiastic. I especially praise the three staff members who received me, Karen Jessie Rocky. I really felt at home. I went to the lobby bar and the staff in the lobby bar were also very good👍

The hotel facilities are very new. The water is direct drinking water, no mineral water, but the water quality is still very good. A deposit is required for check-in, which is rare in hotels. The hotel bathrobes are very comfortable, and guests can swim for free. The buffet is on the first floor, with a large indoor garden. The roast duck and skewers are delicious. The bread for breakfast is delicious, but the price of the buffet is a little expensive. The toilet in the room is a little small, and it feels like the toilet on an airplane.
