It was said that Hangu Villa had a higher star rating than Duanjia Courtyard, but I just booked the hotel because of the location of Duanjia Courtyard. When I arrived at Gubei Water The town has indeed closed the Duan Family Courtyard! I understand what's going on. The Duan Family Courtyard is not open at all. The Duan Family Courtyard is more famous than Hangu and has a better location than Hangu. He can't remove the Duan Family Courtyard house from Ctrip. When the time comes, he will Notify you to change to another hotel! There is nothing you can do if you are satisfied or dissatisfied. It is impossible to find a hotel with good value for money when the date is approaching. They just know this! The parking lot is a mess. When you enter the parking lot, you must emphasize that you have booked a hotel in the scenic spot, otherwise you will be told that it is super, super far, really super far! The Hangu Villa where I stayed was indeed very good, and the location was indeed a bit off! The room facilities are new, hygienic and clean, the service is attentive and the environment is elegant

The room was good, fairly spacious. It had enough furniture and quite a few places to store things, a closet with a little document safe in it, etc. Close to Wtown. And you get a discount for the tickets (80yuan). Two floors only. The first one is pretty much the basement. So no view. The windows of the rooms on the second floor, which is in fact the ground floor, are looking at a brick wall and a path wich people take to get from the parking lot to the Wtown entrance. They'll be walking right infront of your balcony. But that didn't really bother us. No real cups or glasses in the room. They gave us 2 pairs of disposable cups. Weird. We were asked to eat in our room. I don't know why. But when you discover that something is missing, like sugar or salt, be ready to phone the front desk or go there and ask. And then wait... And wait. Which is an inconvenience. Breakfast is pretty basic and not very filling.

The staff is very responsive, they helped us, signed us up for a spa (included in our stay), we went by bus, the spa pool is not on the street, as we thought, but several baths inside the hotel. Admission by appointment is free once per stay. Evening in the water city there is a drone show and a laser show. All shows are free. Next to the hotel there are thermal foot baths where you can sit and warm up in the evening. The linen in the room is snow-white, the mattress/pillows are comfortable. Tea in the room is very convenient.

The hotel's breakfast is rich. You can also order your favorite wontons, omelette, ham and noodles. For coffee, I recommend the Starbucks at the door! Ticket discount for Gubei Water Town Scenic Area: 80/person. I stayed in the scenic area and bought one to play with for a few days. It was perfect. I spent a few days walking around the whole town according to the map in the mini program. I was very careful in designing the route. I like the red color of autumn. It’s so beautiful. !

The location is in the busiest part of the scenic spot. The shuttle bus goes directly to the hotel entrance. It’s very convenient. It’s only a 10-minute walk. You can go to the entrance of Simatai Great Wall and stay on the 7th floor. You can see the beautiful night view of Shuizhui outside the window. The breakfast food is very rich. It is worth recommending to stay!

We didn't have enough bedding for the two of us. We called the waiter at night and brought another quilt. We had a warm and wonderful sleep! The location of the inn is very good, very close to the food street. Although the decoration is a little bit dated, it is quite clean. There are not many rooms in this inn, so it is quite quiet. The only drawback is that the sound of footsteps coming downstairs in the morning is a bit loud (maybe because I am late) (from) but it does not affect the overall overall satisfaction. In particular, we booked a room with a bay window of 1.5. The bay window is very large and has thick cushions, which is enough for an adult to sleep on. In order not to be tight with the sisters, I asked the front desk for 1.5 to send separate quilts and pillows. It’s better to sleep than book a room with a cost of RMB 1.8. It was my first time to go to Beijing. A friend recommended this inn. The balcony room was large and bright. Unfortunately, I didn’t have enough time to sit down and enjoy the autumn atmosphere. The location is very close to the entrance of Sima City. The surrounding environment is quiet and the scenery is picturesque. The scenery at night is completely different from that during the day.
