Location was good with ocean view. There is no problem with the room, such as a fairly wide one room, shower and water flow. One more dish.

Large modern hotel, but difficult to access due to the numerous potholes in the adjacent avenues. We stayed there twice, two nights before our excursion to the Gorongosa National Park and one night on our return. Our first experience was not convincing. We arrived at midnight due to numerous delays of our LAM flight. The staff on duty could not find our reservation. After some 20 minutes, he gave us a magnetic key that did not open the door of the room. He later gave us another key to a room which was not configured for 2 travelers. The beds were made but there was only one towel, one glass, one small coffee bag, 3 hangers,.... also, the safe didn't work. And that day, due to a rather poor wifi system, we had to stay longer in the room to finish our work. We consequently had to ask the cleaning service to come back an hour later to let us finish. Which they didn't do. The room was therefore not made that day. Breakfast was served buffet style. Very correct but the reception staff on duty in the restaurant were unfriendly. When we left, I was asked to fill out an evaluation form related to our stay. I honestly described our experience. On the way to the airport, I received a call from the manager who had read my evaluation and wanted to hear more. On our return, we were particularly well treated, the room had been prepared for us and everything was in order. When we left for the second time, we were given us a reduction on the price of the room... The hotel offers a great potential but needs some TLC and the staff some training to better understand their role in the tourism industry.

Do you know that EuroNews segment called NO COMMENT? All I say is view the pics. There is not much going right here. Reception is slow and non attentive or communicative. Rooms and bathrooms are old, dilapidated and dirty. Old urine all around the toilet with broken lids. Shower barely trickled. Bedding felt used. Didn't try any food there as after waiting for 2hrs, it was quicker to take a taxi to a restaurant at Macuti. At least the aircon worked. ** Oh, and importantly, be warned: you cannot lock your door as there is no lock inside the door. Various random people entered the room at different times. **

Bathroom was not clean and smelling of urine and the rooms were clean. Hotel WiFi was poor. Their breakfast was cold the beans tasted like it was opened from the can and served without cooking.Dinner was lovely but we waited an hour. Miscommunication at check in.

This is not a hotel to stay in when you are travelling and expect the usual a hotel should offer. No alcohol served. The restaurant quality is not good. Breakfast is terrible. No room service. No extra coffe and no milk in the room. Location is of such that you can not walk outside into the streets to other places.

Great hotel with beautiful view if you have a seafront room. A bit damaged from a tropical cyclone several years ago, but rooms are amazing. Customer service is great and the in-house restaurant serves great meals. They also serve great breakfast given other hotels in the area. Hotel has a small gym, just not on the seventh floor, but next to the conference venues. Very good conference venue for this part of Mozambique.

The hotel is in a semi-central area, with somewhat poor road connections, but a substantially safe area. Very comfortable rooms with good amenities. Good cleanliness, with some flaws, but negligible taking into account the surrounding conditions. Restaurant with excellent food, but limited choice. Limited flexibility in times and services. A proactive approach and organization of travel, before moving, like a taxi, is recommended.
